  Purchased acid fill battery that failed prematurely and used battery tender. Tech battery replaced with same and charged me shipping only. That was fair. Uthe replacement also faiked in 7 to 8 months, actually 2 monrhs earlier. I was very busy and when I contacted Tech Battery learned a sealed battery replacement battery was available. I received that replacement with a $10 credit with free shipping. Amazon sells this at same price with free shipping and therefore my total adjustment was net $10. I believe the acid fill was simply a poor battery and Tech Battery could have allowed perhaps more credit such as split the price to me. I went through some major hassel with the acid fill batteries and a motorcycle mechanic did test my charging system and found no issues. Thank you.

  The Service I received from High Tech was top notch. Though the Battery posts on the replacement Battery were larger than the terminals on my older model Streamlight Lantern, one should be advised to consider this when ordering a new NPX-50 battery.

  The electrical connectors that were supposed to come with the batteries were not included, so we have not been able to hook up the battery yet. The description said the crimp still connectors would be included with the batteries.

  I bought from High-tech because they had the best price, even beating Amazon. My battery was delivered faster than they said and I expected. I bought a quality Deka battery so I know it's going to perform well. It was the exact battery I needed. It was already charged and ready to go. Installed it last night and it works perfectly. Couldn't be happier. I will be ordering another battery soon.

  4 stars primarily because it was not clear on the web site that they had the correct shipping address (went through PayPal, which, I discovered, provided it to them...but what if I had wanted it shipped to some other address?) and the shipping process was too opaque (only got a notice from UPS that the package was being shipped). I like it when a vendor "over communicates" to keep me informed about every step, especially if it is not same-day processing and shipping.
