  Packaging could use improvement. Took longer to clean the styrofoam balls off the batteries than it did to install them in the UPS. Disposal was a mess as well; nothing was recyclable as the boxes have to be resealed to prevent styrofoam from getting loose. The website is also a little awkward because it's just a lot of quantity variations of the same batteries. Makes the experience more confusing than it has to be. Got a helpful call when one brand was out of stock. Okayed switching to another brand but the packing list still listed the original brand ordered. Had to add a note on the packing list for my organization that a different brand was actually received. A few tweaks in your processes should get you more into the mainstream for repeat business.   I ordered the wrong batteries. I tried by sending 3 e-mails to the company, to return the batteries and get a refund in accordance with their return policy. I got no reply from them. Since I only have 30 days to return the batteries, I had to ask PayPal to intervene on my behalf.

  The batteries were great replacements for the ryobi riding mower. The amps all read about 12.9 amps and so I am pulling on all four around 48 amps which is equally distributing the 12 amps on each battery. The only issue was that 3 arrived on one day, and I had to wait two more days for the fourth one to arrive.

  The product is cheeper than a local store. I was not in a hurry so ordered them. They arrived within a week, two packages with arrows for the top as they need to be kept upright. We replaced the original 5 batteries and the cart was back in working condition. I would recommend this company.

  The 8 batteries I ordered were terribly packed and arrived in a damaged and opened box. Many of them have severe cosmetic damage but seem to work properly. I understand that items / boxes can be damaged in shipping but given the way these were packed, it is not suprising at all the 50lbs package was so damaged. I would have given 1 star BUT the company did offer to take them back and refund my money. I kept them because I don't have the materials to re-pack them (or, the time to deal with it anymore). And, while they have exterior damage, they do seem to work. Just hope I don't have problems later.

  This CyberPower OR2200PFCRT2U Battery Replacement works much better than my first purchase of the same battery set from TechBatterySolutions back in 2019. That 2019 purchase had my UPS batteries drop to 81% immediately upon initiating a self test. This new set stays at 100% at a 300W load using the same UPS test.

  Delivery quality, etc was all excellent. However, in spite of taking pictures as I removed the old batteries, I found it still confusing putting the new ones in until my daughter suggested watching a video on U-Tube, and this made the difference for me. It still was not easy, but I did get it done.

  I ordered on the weekend and they prepared the shipment first thing on the next business day (Mon.) It was very well packaged from any possible shipping damage. The package had 2 batteries and was quite heavy, so I got a lot of value for the flat rate USPS shipping rate of $8! I will look into techbatterysolutions.com next time I need something more than a simple AAA cell!

  Ordered a replacement battery for my Snapper Rear Engine Riding Mower. Battery arrived quickly and was a perfect fit. Setup a battery maintainer and battery was topped off in about 1 hr. Ready to mow when needed.

  The order I had placed was to have 4 batteries in the order. I only received 2. I called them, and I was told that ups had split up the shipment. I still haven't received the other 2 batteries.

As previously mentioned, even though we ship your batteries the same day with the same shipment, UPS split the delivery, the exact reason is unknow to us, it could be due to logistic reasons. We've tried to contact you because UPS is requesting additional information from you to complete the delivery. Kindly respond to our email so we can provide UPS with the information needed to deliver your batteries.

  Setting up the online account was easy, ordering was easy. Emails were sent (1) verifying my order, (2) stating the product was shipped, (3) stating the delivery was rescheduled because my office was closed on that Saturday. The product was successfully delivered to our Receiving the following Monday. Thank You. However, no email was sent indicating that the product was finally delivered. Fortunately, a colleague saw a package labeled to my attention, so I got it. One more email, indicating that the final delivery was indeed made, would have been appreciated.

  Batteries arrived quickly with full charge, but I toped them off overnight just to make sure. All batteries arrived in new condition, were an exact size match and were accespted by the UPS devices. I have ordered almost a dozen batteries total in the last few weeks to upgrade all of my older devices (saving a ton of cash) and now my systems are upgraded and ready to tackle the summer heat and future freezing winters. I would definately buy again!
