  The batteries that I ordered arrived when promised. I had called the company in advance of ordering the batteries and they were courteous, answered my questions and I was satisfied with the information given. The website was very helpful and I liked the fact that it specifically stated that the batteries were replacements for my EW-10 scooter. Only time will tell how long the batteries will last but so far they are working well.

  Sent in a question and it was answered in a timely manner. Was recommended a different battery maintainer compared to what I was looking at and it was the perfect one for the job. Maintained both batteries at the same time which is what I was looking for! Great product and fast shipping. Only thing I didn’t like was the free shipping over a certain amount and the price of the product was 5 cents away from it.. other than that very pleased!

  Richard and his team are incredible. Their product knowledge and service are industry-best. I have been buying batteries, chargers and accessories from HIGH-TECH Battery Solutions for over a decade and always know that if I need a battery, accessory or just have a question, he and his team are easily accessible, thoroughly knowledgeable and always happy to help ensure I get exactly the product necessary for my application. He has even warranteed a product that I believed was faulty, but I later found out it was my system that damaged it. Once I realized my mistake, I contacted him and he graciously told me to keep the warranty product.   No problem with ordering and receiving the item, in a timely manner. However you do not add any info on whether you accept paid postage returns. Bought battery for Shark vacuum UV610 but on opening vacuum battery compartment found that the electrical system was fried so never installed new battery.

  Shipping took awhile and they need to put that the battery requires set up such as put in acid etc. because it is not a maintenance free battery. I was really hoping to get a great batter for my bike but it’s hasn’t been a positive experience.

  This battery was an almost perfect fit just had to put a little shim to tighten the hold down strap. They send you smaller bolts to hook up the cables because it's a smaller connection on the battery, but that didn't matter . Battery fits and starts our Ariens Apex with no problem. Shipping was fast .

  I had high hopes for the battery I ordered from Hi-tech but was very unsatisfied. Battery came in two days, but was dead on arrival. I contacted Hi-tech and they promptly said they do not warrant XS batteries and I would have to go through their warranty process. I spent $500 on this lithium battery and and I end up having to pay out of pocket to ship the battery back to the manufacturer. Hi tech states 30 day money back guarantee, this is a flat out lies. Hi tech customer service went on to say that xs batteries are not that great but they continue to sell xs batteries. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I would stay clear away from this website
