  I was pleased with a prior experience with this company several years ago so I wasn't hesitant to order from them again. I found the exact replacement battery I needed on their product list and it was delivered in excellent condition a few days later. I will continue to order from them as my needs require. The new battery is in service and performing as expected.

  The battery itself is excellent. Service was another matter. I paid and was guaranteed delivery on July 19. I called on the 18th, but the order had not shipped, received the batteries on the 20th. Not a big deal, but I did pay for delivery on the 19th. Didn't bother asking for a refund of the $8 charge for expired shipping as it wasn't worth the hassle.

  It looks like you are correct. The manufacturer is no longer including the pump battery cover on this item and we were not aware. I will have customer service send out a pre-paid return label for you and we will get a full refund issued and this item removed from our site in its entirety.

  Great customer service. Found High-Teck Battery online. Had the battery I wanted at completive price. Never truly never knowing who you're buying from online, did research and placed order after hours not making contact with anyone. Received email confirmation with shipping tracking # with ETA. I didn't receive the battery as expected. Made one call to High-Teck Battery they where extremely helpful great customer service reshipped the battery same day. Going to buy another one from them.

  Overall I'm super happy with the two 12V batteries I got at techbatterysolutions.com. The price was reasonable, and honestly, the whole reason I went with them was because I didn't trust any of the batteries on Amazon or Ebay. Even though I found some cheaper options, what I needed these for was to last a long time and protect some expensive computer equipment. These folks seem to know what they're talking about, and the quality of the items I received definitely didn't disappoint. Yeah, it took a little longer for shipping vs. Amazon, but I feel like I got a good quality battery set. I'll definitely be using them in the future for any additional battery needs.

  Customer service is truly a rare thing to find anymore. My scooter wasn't working, I couldn't find anyone to help me in my area. It was signaling a battery issue. I kept trying everything I could find or think of for weeks. Calling everywhere, even off shore. Then I contacted High-Tech battery solutions. I spoke to Richard. He is priceless.   I was planning an ATV trip and wanted to ensure that I would not have any battery issues, so I purchased two batteries for my quads. They both arrived within 4 days, even over the 4th of July holiday. Both batteries were a perfect match and fit. They were both charged and ready when they arrived. I was able to have a great trip with no battery issues.

  Being an online order, there isn't much to review. My battery was 5 days late due to incorrect address per FedEx. Tech Battery Solutions verified they had the correct shipping address and said the delay was on FedEx's end. The gentleman at TBS was kind and helpful. I received my battery and it was packaged well because it made it undamaged but you could tell the package had gone through Hell! I will order from TBS again.
