  The service from this company was very quick the battery was packed very well and undamaged when delivered by Fed-X the battery I purchased was a EXT30L for my 2018 Harley Ultra Limited it was the exact fit as the oem battery Deka makes Harley batteries so why not buy one that is $40.00 cheaper with free shipping the battery they shipped was fresh and almost fully charged I recommend this company I will purchase again when I need a new battery.

  The batteries were easy to find. I like the fact that they were already charged. Unfortunately it wasn't the battery that was the problem. There is something wrong with the scooters wiring. Corrosion or wiring.

  Order 2 batteries and never shipped. Contacted via email, Marianna very responsive and issue was they hadn’t been shipped . They were shipped but only 1 battery came. Contacted Marianna and she had the 2nd battery shipped. She was very responsive but the rest of the company was terrible. I shouldn’t had to contact anyone but to have to do it twice.   1978 Ironhead Sporty. Back to touching the start button and engine starting. I need dependability. Battery just in the bike today 5 24 23 so time will tell.   The advertisement is somewhat misleading; "Interstate Battery XYZ, replacement". One would believe you are purchasing an Interstate brand, NOT SO. The term replacement may mean any cheap battery. However, the battery I received fit and works ok; so far after 1 week. I called customer service and they were responsive and assured me the battery was a good quality and carried a 1 year guarantee; for what that may be worth if it has to be returned for credit; shipping is expensive. Good Luck!

  Ordered a Deka ETX20L battery. It was shipped promptly and packaged well. Date of manufacture was only 1 month old. They also had the lowest price I could find.
