  I ordered replacement batteries for two different models of APC UPS’s. They were close to the same price but not different enough for me to question it. When my package arrived, I had two identical batteries. Yep, I was charged differently because of the UPS model for the same battery. That’s my fault for not opening the UPS and checking the batteries beforehand and seeing that they were the same. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I’ll be back the next time I need batteries.

  I wanted full size AAA batteries, 1.2 volt, 150 mAh, rechargeable batteries. Instead I got 1/3 AAA batteries. Not what I wanted. I paid more for shipping than I did for the batteries so I am not going to mail them back.

  Site GUI appears outdated and a bit laggy. The search function is slow and finding the right battery is quite a time consuming affair. I wanted to buy two more batteries for my Cyberpower 1500 but the choices were extremely limited by most of the batteries being out of stock.

  We sent you one half of the battery you needed because we did not understand that you had a battery pack with two units put together. The part number you gave me over the phone after the order was received represents two batteries put together, and I don't believe that's the part number you gave us when you placed your order. The part number you gave us was of a single battery - not the entire pack, which is why a single battery was sent out.
