  The battery died when I tried to start it and have to go buy a battery charger to charge the battery backup haven't put it back in to see if it's going to work yet but should have been a bigger battery

  Battery was correct size for my 1974 XL125, but the plug was smaller, so I had to cut the my old plug off and splice to the new wires; an easy fix.

  The customer service that is available through the chat box was wonderful. We got immediate answers from a real person that helped us understand what we needed to get our old riding toy working. We ordered 2 6 volt batteries and got them within a few days time. Now they are working perfectly. My grandson is thrilled that we got his dad’s old 4-wheeler running again.

  the only reason i didnt give a 5 star is because when i was placing my order i double tapped a button and when i seen what happened there was no way to correct it even after calling customer help # i left a message just 2 seconds after telling i made a mistake and only wanted 1 battery i got no response to correct the issue i only got 2 batteriesand charged for 2 now i dont have time to send back the extra instead i will remember the lack of customer service and shop elsewhere

  They have an excellent selection with great prices and my order arrived promptly. I received the correct battery for the product but the manufacturer had since changed the type of battery in their product, probably due to availability issues. Sadly, the lead connections are different. Techbattery promptly emailed me return postage after answering the phone with a real person even though this issue wasn't their fault. I have to say, customer service is indeed excellent! I had to scour the internet for this old type of battery but I haven't received them yet from the other company. I may have to end up buying a newer product completely. In any case, Techbatterysolutions is first rate! 5 Stars!!!

  I came across techbatterysolutions on Google searching for a battery and chosen to go with them because of the price but what really sold me was the free shipping and several payment options....needless to say I placed the order that night,then I wasn't sure I ordered the correct battery from previous information from another company so I called the next morning and the employee answered my questions and verified my order was correct and I received the battery the next day SCORE for me no downtime on riding my Harley for me!!

  I was having difficulty determining exactly which battery I needed so I called the customer service number. I was connected to an amazing sales representative that took the time to listen to my description of the garage door battery that needed replaced. He then sent me an email with illustrations of the type of battery connection I needed. In response, I sent him photos of the connectors on my old battery. He immediately verified that the battery would work for me and helped me to get it ordered. I cannot say enough good things about the outstanding customer service I was provided.   Everything is good. We went to Google and YouTube for installation instructions (Good!) and the wheelchair worked perfectly. Then we rolled the wheelchair in to our friend, the new owner, (89) and he was thrilled. The service individual could not have been more helpful: the wheelchair was used, came without batteries, and the young man (Richard?), told us which batteries to buy and arranged to send the batteries to our friend's address. He went far beyond what we expected, and with good humor and patience. Give him a raise!!!! We would still be batteryless without him, and our friend would not be tooling around outside instead of trying to negotiate a walker on uneven ground. Your employee is a blessing. So are the batteries. As technologically challenged elderly people, we were clueless about how to proceed: there are hundreds of batteries to choose from, and being able to purchase the right battery on the first try was a huge relief. The batteries were shipped promptly to the correct address, and our friend is grateful and happy with his new wheels. Thank you!!! What a great experience.
