  I needed a replacement battery for our APC UPS. This model uses a smaller battery than the normal small UPS battery (2” thick instead of most which are 2.5” thick). I had a lot of difficulty finding this battery and APC wanted as much for a replacement battery as I could have spent for a new UPS. Finally, after doing a lot of searching, I ran across High-Tech Battery Solutions who had the correct battery at a price in line with the battery’s capacity. I placed my order and it came very quickly, was the correct fit, and the UPS is back in service. Thankyou for saving me from having to replace this UPS with a new unit.

  Hello Thomas, It looks like the battery you kit you had ordered is the 12V 18AH version which is a tall battery with nut and bolt style terminals. Do you have the smaller 12V 12AH series with spade terminal connectors?

  Hello Thomas, I think the easier solution would be to exchange these batteries for the 12V 12AH you need. If you would like we do have a higher capacity version in a 12V 15AH that would also fit in case you currently have. Would you like us to swap these out for you?

  I did not receive the same battery that I had ordered in addition to it it was a used battery and I did not want a rechargeable battery for my alarm system and there was crust like an acid crust all around it it was a very bad purchase for me I hope somebody contact me
