  Good price, quick shipping, BUT they need to improve their packaging methods. The AGM battery I ordered is heavy for it's size. The shipping box had been dropped on one of the bottom corners and unfortunately the one piece of Styrofoam used under the battery was compressed by the weight of the battery to less than 1/8" thick. Although the battery case did not leak, one corner was deformed from the impact. I did sent them an email (with a photo of the damage) stating the issue to which they replied they would forward my email to their shipping lead. Hopefully they will take this information to heart and start using more substantial cushioning material.

  Ease of order was great, only issue I have is the battery was stated to be AGM in the write up but when received I can’t find “AGM” anywhere. It does state the battery is spill less but that dose not equate to AGM as far as I know. I checked the charge when received and it was at about 50% but at a 4 amp rate went to 100% within 20 min. Unit was I stalledin my Yamaha VX and stated the ski right up which had been sitting for 6 months so I was pleased. I will amend this review at a later date on the longevity aspects

  My initial tracking number was changed and I was never sent an update. When I called and asked customer service, he was super helpful and let me know about the change. When my order finally arrived, one of the items was missing. I tried emailing customer service because it was outside of business hours, but the email was just returned. I still have not received one of my items and I can’t get a hold of anyone.

  I ordered a replacement battery for a Suzuki FA50 1984 and the battery arrived in a few days, it was easy to follow the instructions and charge the battery. My Suzuki FA50 now has a new battery and it works great. Blinkers and horn working properly to its function.

  There system sent me a message with a tracking number showing the battery had shipped, but actually the order was never shipped because they were out of stock. Kind of surprised they asked me to fill out a review, they did follow through with a refund quickly which was good. Tracking numbers shouldn't be sent to a customer until the orders are actually picked and verified that they are going out via the freight carrier of choice.

  They could save themselves a lot of headaches with Better communication. You don't get an order confirmation if you check out as a guest. Seems silly. Then the next day you get this ominous message from something called bolt (with your correct credit card information) does not say anything about tech battery. Might mention this is going to happen in that confirmation email you should send. There was also a shipping glitch. I ordered 3 different batteries but only got two at delivery. Had to call again and sort it out. I've been a customer for years. And I will come back. They carry exactly what I want for my application, shipping is typically rocket fast, price is reasonable and when I need to call I always get someone who knows what they are talking about. If I leave a message, they always call back.
