  It came quickly. Just a note, two batteries fit two cases. I received four batteries when I purchased my hummer. So you would need to purchase 2 sets of batteries for four cases. Easy to install in cases. Positive and negative a post verses just a screw to original batteries. All come with screw and nuts for new batteries.

  The replacement batteries for our APC UPS were fine. No problems at all with the product. I requested information about what components shipped with the batteries(i.e. cables, jumper bars) and if those components could be purchased but never got a reply.

  Time will tell about the quality of the batteries. Only thing I wish they could improve upon is the time it takes to ship the order. Most battery companies Ive done business with normally takes 2 days to receive my order. This order took 4 days. Being dependent on my scooter to get around shipping time is very important. The company I normally order from the batteries I needed were out of stock. Next time I need batteries I'll return to them because of 2 day shipping. If you can wait on your batteries High-Tech Battery Solutions is a reputable business.

  Ordering the battery was straight forward and listed everything that was included, and included everything that you would need for it. The price was way lower than what I was expecting (including shipping), and I received only 4 days after ordering it(order was placed on a Thursday) and arrived on time.
