The label was created for your order by the shipping department which gave us the impression your order was on its way to your location. I'm not sure if was created by accident or if it really did go out the door and got lost by the USPS. Since we are currently out of stock on this item the only option we had was to issue a full refund back to your card.

  Hello Tom, The battery you should have received an OR14A-A2 battery which does fir the Polaris Sportsman HO 500 model from the years of 1996 to 2011. Did you receive the OR14A-A2 battery? If so, what is the part number of your current battery in your ATV?

  That YIX30L unit is for the Polaris Ranger UTV or the Polaris Sportsman EFI series. The battery you purchased is fits only the Polaris HO series which is why it doesn't fit. Would you like me to create a service ticket to get this returned for you?

Only one small peeve: Wish they would include replacement velcro, as it is a "Replacement kit". The velcro is on it's 6th battery set and getting tired. I'll go buy some at Joann's.

  Was not the correct battery. I should not have relied on the vendor. My mistake for not double checking before I added the acid and prepped the battery. Terminals were reversed from original and it was a good inch taller. Price was too good to be true.

  Ordering was easy. Shipping was on time. I did have a problem with the company's advertising. It stated that this was a replacement for a 2000-2005 Miata.. it should have stated that the vents are located in a different location. I was able to cut the existing vent tube add another connector and modify it to make it work. The car started fine after replacement though I haven't driven it yet. I am happy with the replacement battery thus far.
