  Good information on website allowed me to find the correct replacement battery after ordering the wrong battery from other websites that didn’t provide enough information to determine the correct battery.However FEDEX did a terrible job of delivering the battery because the shipping container was soaking wet and left outside unprotected instead of on the covered porch where I always request all deliveries be left. This is a bad pattern for FEDEX in our area. UPS does a much better job.

  I have three motorcycles and buy all my batteries at techbatterysolutions. I have never been able to simply go to the website and pick my battery but customer service gives me a part number with one quick call.   After ordering the replacement battery for my APC UPS, the website displayed a message that my order was not complete, and that I need to pay. I had already paid with my credit card. I assume the error message was because my shipping address was different than my billing address. I emailed them, and they responded the next day, saying everything was fine with the order. Most online vendors offer a check box if your billing address is different than your shipping address. I would recommend this vendor do the same. BTW, I did receive the battery in a timely manner, and it works just fine.

  Would've given a 5-star review but the order was supposed to be shipped via UPS instead it was shipped priority mail. This added 4 addtional days to receive the order. I could've walked from my office to High-Tech to pick-up the order and it would've been faster. I by-passed other out-of-state companies and Amazon to make my purchase by selecting to keep it local and support small business.
