Changed shipping method one, even though I picked UPS because I wanted a chance if getting it when promised. They "upgraded" me to USPS and I got it 5 days later than expected. When you pay almost as much for shipping as you do for your item, you want it when promised. Item $12.00, shipping $8.00. Other than that the price for the item was good.

These guys are great! I needed a battery upgrade for a brand new truck and there wasn't any information out there but they not only helped me find the correct replacement but answered several emails full of questions, they are very knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch, I looked around at prices too. Arron was a great help.... I new nothing about chargers batteries power wheelchairs,. I have a Pronto M-41 and Jazzy Select Elite. I needed a charger and batteries. Batteries arrived packed in sheet and peanut Styrofoam which left a huge mess after opening and little bits clung to batteries from static, so had to clean each battery before it could be installed ... what a PITA! I was unable to determine which battery I needed from the site. I asked the online rep, reputedly a "Battery Expert," which battery should I purchase based on a specific brand and model. He freely offered a recommendation which I purchased. The battery was the wrong size, the terminals were in the wrong place. It was a waste of my time and my mechanic's time. It could've been prevented by him saying he needed more information. When I contacted him to say that the battery was wrong, he initially claimed not to be able to find our online conversation. Then he proceeded to blame me for following his recommendation. Tom Hinkerton is no battery expert. Do not accept him as a service rep.

I received the battery but not the posts. I ordered them together. I called to find out when I will receive the posts on 12-10-20. Said they would find out. I called back 12-16-20 to find out when I will get the posts. Said they would find out. I can't install the battery without the posts and my current battery is about dead. I fear that I will be stuck somewhere with a dead battery and have to pay for tow truck or wait for someone to give me a jump because they did not send me the posts to install the new battery.
