  I like the batteries I ordered and they arrived in good condition. Communications with delivery was poor, even with mutiple phone calls. Online ordering forms on techbatterysolutions.com are inadequate and incomplete as well as leading to poor delivery results. The delivery company made 3 other deliveries to my company, but could not figure how to find my company for this delivery.

  Ordered my battery on a Friday evening and I received an email first thing Saturday morning informing me that the two day shopping I paid for was not available in my area. Richard said he would drop my shipping charge and mail out the battery on Monday and I should receive it by Friday. And that is exactly what happened! Received the battery on Friday afternoon and my son put it in his car right away and everything works perfectly! Thanks for all your help Richard!

  I bought 2 Battery charger/maintainers. My order was filled very quickly and shipped next day. The package got hung up at the Akron, Ohio postal facility but a call to customer service got it unstuck and I received the chargers the next day. The customer service rep was very professional and polite.

  WOW! An actual real Internet company with real customer service! This is the kind of review you like to read. I recently bought some Power Sonic deep cycle batteries from High-Tech. I was using their on-line check out when I thought lets see if they answer their phone as I wanted to check availability. I called and phone was answered promptly By an English speaking Rep named Aaron who was quite proficient at answering all my questions & went ahead and took my order saving me from using on-line checkout. They also had the best price on the internet & actually had in stock. They quickly shipped order same day via UPS. Now here is the xtra great part! Upon receiving, 1 of the batteries was defective. I have bought over 30 of these same batts before & never had an issue. Wasn't High-Tech's fault it was just defective, but I said just dandy grrr. Lo & behold I called High-Tech & Aaron answered the phone. I explained my issue & he said no worries mate we will ship out a replacement with return label for defective which they shipped same day. WOW a company that does business they way I do. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIGH-TECH for your battery needs Thank You HIGH-TECH & Aaron for making my day

  I have had the two new batteries in my power wheelchair for 3 days and unlike other batteries I have had in this chair it is loosing power significantly by 10 am it continues to diminish to where I I am not certain that I can make it back to my charger. Other batteries I have had last an entire day without a charge.
