  Called before I placed my order asking if I ordered when it would ship being Friday before Labor Day(9-4). Assured it would ship out that day if I ordered in the next few minutes. I ordered online immediately and it didn't ship till Tuesday (9-8). I called on 9-8 to ask how long it would take to arrive and was told 3 day shipping. It arrived on 9-15. 11 days after i ordered. The real concern is that I called to confirm shipping date before ordering and it was not at all met and I called to ask about shipping time line and it also was not met.

  All communications were timely and informative. The battery arrive in the time promised. However, I would advise the company to ship the battery in a box instead of a USPS bubble pack. The battery had a small dent in the bottom corner. I worried that the dent would keep the battery from fitting in the UPS compartment, but it did fit OK.

  Your PW1100-12 inverter worked great. I installed it in my RV to run a small 3.5 cf free- standing refrigerator to supplement the one that came with the RV. It starts up and runs the small frig just fine, even with solar-panel power to the battery or on the road when we are traveling. Great!!!
