  Purchased a Deka ETX20L for a 2016 Harley Davidson Dyna Street Bob. This site was simple to navigate to ensure exact application and fit. The battery fit exactly perfect as the original. From my research and a reliable source at HD prior to purchasing, found that its the identical factory battery supplied to HD but without HD's black casing and small HD logo. Terminals also fit exact and secure using the 1/8" supplied high quality spacers. Have have no reservation when making the decision whether or not to purchase this. For nearly a 3rd of the price at $89 and free shipping, if you can live without a black logo casing, its a win win! In addition, the birth date/ manufacturing date, is also noted on the casing if your wondering. My battery was out of stock. There was a simple "Notify me" when available, and within a week I was notified. After placing my order, received it 2 days later! Thank you techbatterysolution.com. If I had any concerns, it was on how would the packaging looked upon delivery knowing that this battery is very heavy for its size. That said, it was very well packaged and delivered without ANY damage!! I couldn't been happier! Bottom line, if you can live with the identical replacement without a black casing and HD logo as I did, made here in America with pride for HD that doesn't dig a little into your pocket , nothing else can be said!   My experience with techbatterysolutions.com went like this, I ordered a battery, paid for it, and almost immediately received an email that my battery had shipped, with a delivery date 4 days away. tracking the order, it never seemed to progress. On day 3 of waiting for my battery I got an email "Upon processing your order it was brought to our attention that we are currently out of stock of this item with no current lead time on the next shipment. Due to this we have gone ahead and refunded you in full and canceled your order. I apologize for any inconvenience, and if you have any other questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to ask." from their salesperson. So overall I was not impressed with their ability to manage their inventory. took 4 days to determine they over-sold the battery? they should not advertise what they do not have on hand. I will not do business with them again.

  Batter arrived early. They have an awesome video tutorial on how to hook up the battery. I've never done any wire stripping before, but with time, it worked out and the bike works great.

  Fast delivery. The only thing that pulled it down from a 5-Star review was the fact one post was bent on arrival. The battery was wrapped in a piece of cardboard and placed in a Post Office shipping envelope but there was no space in between the cardboard and the envelope so any drop or toss could damage the posts. And it did. But it fortunately didn't break the seal around the post. Good battery. Perhaps a little better shipping care.

  Would use them again. The batteries work fine at a great price. Had an issue with delivery. I received an email from Tech battery soutions saying the batteries had been shipped. When I checked shipping update on UPS site they only listed a label had been made. UPS didn't have package. After 2 days, and no package, I sent an email about issue. Then followed up with a call to Tech battery soutions. They didn't know why my order need went out. They did send out my order that day and I received it the next day. Not a smooth delivery, but they did correct the issue quickly. Appreciated their honesty and speedy correction of issue.

  As far as shipping in customer service you are a five-star. But the riding time on your battery it's just a little bit better than a regular one. Want batteries that last 2 to 4 hours riding time.

  Very fast shipping. Battery packed well but no packing material on the very bottom of box. If someone dropped the box the bottom of the battery would of been damaged. But overall 5 stars. Very fast service
