  Finding what I needed was simple and the price was competitive. $8.00 extra for 2-4 day shipping is incredible. It was the excellent customer service that did it for me. Got an answer to my question right away. I called when the batteries arrived and Richard answered the phone. No press this for that. Could not be happier. If you need a battery, this is the place.

  THE BATTERY WAS SMALLER THAN THE THE ONE I WAS REPLACING. IT WOULD NOT FIT THE HOLD DOWN BRACKET CORRECTLY, AND WOULD MOVE ALL AROUND. THE BATTERY MOUNTING LEAD HOLES , ON THE BATTERY, WERE SMALLER, AND HARD TO TIGHTEN UP, TO THE + & - MOWER LEADS.

  Battery arrived quickly and was an exact match to my needs. Other on-line sites claimed to have a match but I could tell from their pictures that the polarity was reversed and would not work on my bike. Very happy and will order from them again.

  Immediately after placing the order I wrote to Customer Service to make a change to the mailing address. They did and confirmed the change was made. Small but significant as the USPS and UPS shipping addresses are different and the package may have been retuurned.

  My second purchase from High-Tech Battery Solutions (Feb 2017 and June 2020. Both times good price, shipped out same day or next day, fresh battery manufacturing date. My only problem is not with High tTech but with USPS Shipping. High Tech used 2 day priority B Box USPS in zone 2 should have been 3 days max shipping to trvel 233 miles. Label printed 09JN20, Picked up on 10JN20 Received on 22JN20. 12 days when should have been 3 day max. Per tracking info went to Detroit MI 3 times and many other not required locations. .Hopefully High Tech can apply for the shipping credit from USPS that is available after 5transit exceeds 5 days and send the discount forward. I will buy again from High Tech but would like FedEx or UPS shipping instead of USPS.

  I first saw the Deltran Battery Tender 800 at an auto parts store. It was nicely packaged, with information on the packaging. What I received from High-Tech, was a plastic bag, with the devise, and cables inside. Although clean, it did not look new. I may have been an in-store display, customer return, or refurbished.
