  My public safety customer specifies a particular battery. Battery tech did not have any in stock this last order but Richard emailed me within a couple days of my request to tell me they were in inventory and shipped one the same day.   Despite questions when ordering battery and the different number in the receipt, called and questioned salesmen and he reassured me it was the same as oem, when battery was received m the battery terminals where opposite of the oem battery, I made it work by rerouting my wiring , so it was time consuming, but I made it work

  Packaging could be better for shipping. USPS box is not really strong enough for the amount of weight. On this order the box split open and USPS lost one of the 4 batteries in the order. However, Tech Battery Solutions customer support was both professional and efficient and quickly replaced the missing battery.

  Service was good, but incorrect battery showed up...not the one I ordered. I called and visited with Aaron who addressed the mistake immediately, sending me the correct battery with a return label for the incorrect one. Due to this unfortunate mistake, it double the time to receive the product needed.

  Order filled and shipped fast, lowest price found. The packaging was a little sketchy. I appreciate the environmentally sound packaging materials, but at 11 pounds 2 ounces the battery needs better protection that would prevent it from shifting in the box. The box arrived very beat up and was torn along one edge. The plastic case of the battery had a couple small ~.25" or smaller dents along one bottom edge, but seems to be working fine, no leaks.

  I purchased new batteries and a charger kit for a very old power wheels truck. Turns out that harnesses were recalled 15+ years ago. High Tech battery solutions had the new harness kit and sent it to free of charge. What great service. My 2 year granddaughter and my new grandson will enjoy driving the truck which was our daughter's toy and it is over 30 years old. Thanks again for the fantastic service.

  I've tried for a day and a half, and it seems the battery is NOT compatible. My Samsung flip phone shows that the battery is not connected each time I install it. It fits in the pocket fine, and the 3 prongs line up perfectly, but it's just not recognizing it. Mark

When I realized it wasn't what I needed, they quickly sent return shipping label. I received refund without a problem. I wish more business's handled themselves in this fashion.89
