  I was unhappy with the condition of some of the batteries I received. I notified the company and they made it right very quickly. Maybe a little more attention to detail prior to shipping would have alleviated the issue altogether.

  My experience was positive. I ordered online and then chatted virtually with a representative to clarify shipment.   It took a week to get the batteries is about the only thing I could find wrong. The razor scooters have to be a certain size to fit in the compartment so I was happy that there was someone who still make this size.

  I work in a museum with two computers and one of our battery backup went down after five years. So we looked at new batteries and found cheaper ones but the warranty was only one year. So we went of these with a two year warranty and hope they last a lot longer. We decided to go ahead and replace both units as they have been in service so long. These two units take two batteries each and are easy to change the batteries and takes only about 15-20 minutes to change them per unit. Now lets see how long they last. Delivery came in a few days and were packed in a USPS box that I received in good condition.

  Have always bought batteries from HD dealership but decided to look around. Ordered one for my 2010 EG Classic. Ordered in March 2020 the battery had a 03/20 sticker on it. I’m hoping it’s a manufactured date. Dropped in and hooked up with no issues. Fired up and have ridden twice so I’m happy. It arrived in like 3 days!

  Professional and efficient people to deal with. They made sure the battery I purchased was the correct fit for my motorcycle. I received my battery in two days regular ups shipping during this terrible ordeal with the virus while they were short handed. I hope the battery will last for many years, as for now it’s only 1 week old and works as expected.

  Batteries arrived sooner than promised. The battery measured full voltage right after activating but I trickle charged it for 3 hours. Battery performed perfect!y on my old motorcycle. The jet ski battery should perform just as well.
