  The battery was listed as good as the original, and the specs supported this claim. The terminals, however, are smaller than the OEM and I had to drill the connector holes out so I could get the screws to attach in the terminals.

  As we had discussed on the phone, you put your make and model information into a google search and proceeded to click on our link that they displayed to make your purchase without actually confirming it was correct. We (unfortunately) can not control what google returns for its search queries - it's out of our hands. The battery you purchased clearly states its a replacement for a NAPA series battery and does not mention anything about snowmobiles. That being said, we do offer a ton of ways to reach out to us and we do not have any prior correspondence from you about fitment. I had initially not charged you for the return shipping on this item trying to help you out because I genuinely felt for you, but I can see that didn't seem to help you at all as I'm responding to your 1-star review. So let's do this - when your battery arrives back at our facility I am going to go ahead and cancel the exchange we were doing and just get you a refund. This way you get your full purchase back with the newfound understanding that Google is not a great way to check battery fitment and choose a different company to do business with.

  The box in which the batteries were packed had split in transit and had been repaired by USPS. These are lead batteries and very heavy. Vendor needs to select appropriate strength boxes to avoid damaging content and annoying customers. Fortunately the batteries had survived intact this time
