  I paid over $17 for a two day delivery option and it took five business days to arrive. Swingsetstuff was unhelpful. When the items finally arrived, they appeared to have been carelessly tossed into a box. I cannot recommend swingsetstuff.com.

  I bought two pink Swings with the rubber chains and the bright pink faded to Almost White in less than a month. I contacted customer service and they wanted me to send the Swings back before I get a new set of swings and they said that it is posted on the site that the pink swings fade fast but it doesn't .Their not the commercial quality swings I thought they were

  I was wondering how only two parts (a rope and a plastic disk) could consider a swing set? It is one kind of cheating as there is no information about the item only a nice pic of installed item. There is no hock or tools that could help to installed the sit. I asked 4f additional rope, but I received a short hard rope which was completely useless! As such, I bought an extra rope ($22 from Home depot) for the installation. As a customer I suppose this is one kind of harassment and indeed not acceptable!!

An email was sent back to the email it came from (different then what is on the order) providing the order number, copy of your invoice and the tracking number for this order. All confirmations were sent to the email address on your order. Likely these are going to your junk mail. An email was also sent today to the other email that you emailed from.   We do our best on ship times but unfortunately that is a carrier issue not something we can control. Due to COVID 19 all carriers are behind in delivering packages. We have updated our site and emails to let our customers know before purchasing that ship times will vary right now due to this situation. We have had this posted on our site since the virus started affecting shipping. We ship same day or next day but once it leaves our facility we have to rely on the carrier to get it to you in their estimated ship time.

  The things for hanging we’re fine on the glider we ordered for it was fine, however, there was no way to attach the two. They both ended with a loop. We had to go to Home Depot and purchase a connector to fasten the hanger with the swing.
