  Swing Set Stuff has an easy to use website and the item arrived quickly. Packing could have been a bit more careful. Some hardware items had simply been tossed loose in the box. Luckily everything was accounted for, but there were literally washers and screws in no type of bag or other container.

  Great product. Just what I wanted. Heavy duty chains nicely coated. This will become a fine swingset. Quick and easy delivery too. I would recommend products from this company to anyone. I will say that the washers and nuts might better be in a zip lock bag inside the box. Several came loose from the seat A brackets and only some were found in the bottom of the box. The shippers were rough with the box as it was mangled some and some small holes ensued. This is apparently how couple of the washers and nuts fell through and became missing in transit. No big deal as I have such hardware at home anyway. Just recommending loose nuts and washers either be in an enclosed bag or have the lock nuts tightened on better. Thanks, Tom

  Have yet to put up the swings, but because we are tired of getting emails to write a review here it is. The shipping was fast the swings seem to be very durable, solid constructed. We had a few minor issues with getting the website to accept our payment, but eventually all was good.

  We sell this item with and without chain. We have options for this seat with chain. Customers have different beam sizes and need different options and we offer all those options. We also have customers that need to replace just their seat and do not need chain which is why we offer the seat without chain. It was stated clearly that this was just the seat only

  While the product (Steel Triangle Support) that I received seems like it should work as advertised, the online buying process needs to be improved. (1) Under the description, there was no mention of the thickness of the bracket or the size of the holes. When emailed my request for that info, no one returned my email; and (2) When I tried to purchase an additional item to include with my triangle Supports order, I was unable to put an item in my "cart" - with no reason given. After contacting customer support via email, I was told it was back-ordered. That info should have been included on the online order screen.

  The custom tarp I ordered took very long to ship and deliver it is beautiful however the quality is there. Customer service isn't helpful, they lack there. Overall, the tarp is bright and looks durable against all weather, at least I'm hoping that's the case.

  Even though the website stated some concern about shipping delays, they were willing to offer me a general idea about shipping time based on current trends. I received the package even quicker than expected/quoted. The product is exactly as I had expected and our littlest grands are ready to enjoy the rest of the prime weather for spring through fall.

  I found the swings on Amazon and checked their site and they were cheaper and with free shipping! I placed my order and everything came within a few days. We’ve only had them up for a day but the quality of the swings and the coated chains are top notch! I’d definitely recommend them!
