  I know you have little control on packaging once it leaves your dock. The box with the swing seats arrived at my door all beat to hell and almost destroyed. I like the swing seats and they are as described.

  Love the swing seat , it’s perfect for my older daughter . The rubber belt seats were causing sore on her legs and cutting off her circulation . Thank you for making a great product !

  I purchased 2 swings for my grandchildren. The swings are commercial grade and are well made and sturdy. The kids love them, especially the coated chains because they don't pinch their hands. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service.

  I would use a better box for those metal parts . It was missing a nut and bolt! I needed to purchase new ones ... that was not so bad cost wise, it was the fact it took more time and gas to go get it. Heavy metal parts vs light weight box guess what happens? Other than that the rest was in good shape and well made! I am pleased with the order and would give you another chance when I order again. Thanks

Sometimes the carriers damage the packages during shipment but still deliver them in damaged condition. If there is anything more we can do for you please let us know.

  Excellent. I do have a suggestion though. It can be confusing when the colors are listed in the description in the shopping cart and invoice, because your eyes catch the color and it is the wrong color, until you realize it is a description only and your actual color choice is listed below.
