  Love the "coated" chains. I had the chains with a vinyl sleeve but they started deteriorating in a short time. These chains are far more durable. The large red ships wheel is quite cool. The kids love that it clicks as they turn it! I received my order in a super short time also, thank you!

  It was very hard to find swings and rings that were heavy duty. When yo look for swings they should all be shown with weight limits right up front. You shouldn't have to go searching so hard to find the heaviest limits.

  We are very sorry about the delay this is a Canada order and the post office is very backed up because of Covid short staff. We did offer you a refund but you wanted us to reship the items now there are 2 shipments on there way with no way to return them. They will eventually get there. Sorry about the delay it is out of our control. When you receive the items and you still do not want them send them back for a refund. Thank you

  The products I ordered were good quality. The longer bolts I specifically ordered for the climbing wall holds which was on the order sheet were not included. I had to go online and chat with a representative about the problem. Hopefully, this problem will be rectified and the correct bolt size sent and delivered in a few days, so I can install the holds as I planned.
