    They fixed my radio and optical triggers for FREE in less than 5 minutes after I walked in, after the other photography shop in the area quoted me $100! SuperStore4Less has definitely earned my repeat business (sorry Adorama) and they have a nice selection of lighting equipment with fair prices and great staff.

    Popped into SuperStore4Less this afternoon to have my POV Camera diagnosed. I had done a quick cleaning and immediately had trouble with the Varifocal Lens exposing my AIDA to excessive noise. It turns out the previous cleaning job had been a hack and the entire inside of the camera was soaked with foreign fluids making it hard to shoot in low light. Emm and Lisa immediately went to work and spent over 1/2hr breaking the camera down and cleaning and left it dry as a bone. They explained to me exactly what had happened and answered all of my questions. Once they were finished I asked how much I owed them and they said nothing! You don’t see service or knowledge like that anywhere these days. They were both fantastic and truly great at what they do. Thanks to those two assets I found at Superstore4less has a customer for life. I would recommend them for any of your POV or accessory needs. The store has a great supply and some cool photography stuff I haven’t seen anywhere before either. Thank you Emm and Lisa and job well done!

    These guys are great. I recently bought an expensive Matrice 600 Pro (M600 Pro) is a hexacopter from DJI. The way the models were mounted caused it to shoot way way too high. The technician couldn't resolve the problem and the manufacturer DJI recommended that I got to SuperStore4Less. They are about an hour drive from me but it was worth it. The guys looked at the hexacopter and attached the models in about 30 minutes. These guys really know their stuff. The store is incredibly nice. The building is exquisitely cast and is very excellent. They have a great selection of prosumer, pro cinema, beginner drones, racing, commercial, fixed wing and underwater ROVs. Their quadcoper selection is cheap also compared to bigger stores like b&h photo or Adorama. They have a phenomenal selection of drones as well. They have the full line up or DJI, vortex, YUNEEC, Freelfly, etc on display. You can literally walk up to the displays and test them all out in one place. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend this place

    SuperStore4less has several great offerings, from cameras, lenses, rangefinders to binoculars. The widest choices of point shoot camera brands that you will find in one location, excellent mounting solutions from all the best manufactures and much more. They now carry film lomography products and even darkroom equipment, a must have darkroom setup your out and about in Suitable for B&W Paper and X-Ray Film! Their employees are by far the most knowledge and always willing to pick up the phone to address customer concerns, questions and take sales calls too! In summation, if you cannot find it there, you honestly don't need. Great place to shop.

    Superstore4 Less has a top notch assortment teeming with some of the most knowledgeable I have ever experienced anywhere.     I have been an Super-store-4-less customer since 2017. In that time, I've seen them grow and move to new renovated locations twice, until finally moving into the AWESOME photography source they have today! Their product offerings have expanded tremendously from camera equipment to all manner of optics.     This place is a PHOTOGRAPHERS/ASTRONOMERS Paradise... I have bought many items from Superstore4less and have had the best experience than any other place I shop for optical equipment. The only fault I have found is customer service. They are way to nice and helpful, not just once but EVERY time I have called in my order. With more companies today customer service is not a priority but with Superstore it seems to be at the very top of there list. Keep it up Superstore4less!!!!!!!!!!

    I did n’t buy a Hasselblad camera with high quality because I spent nearly $5,000. It feels pretty good to use, but most of the features are now in mobile phones and take photos that can be shared with friends. I used to go to the service desk to change batteries.

    I had a lens malfunction here that was out of warranty. The wait was a little long when i got to the shop, but once it was my turn, they were able to provide service quickly. They fixed my lens (replaced a faulty aperture) in a few days less than their estimate. Of course it wasn't cheap, but it wasn't outrageous. The service was basically the same quality as Nikon service centers.

    The location is not easy to find and is very difficult to park. The car must be parked on the narrow sidewalk opposite, but the staff fleet has its own exclusive parking lot. The space is well-decorated, but the quality of the camera brands and the lens are limited. They are all enfolded in the glass window for quick viewing, and the company's goods cannot be unpacked to see the prototype. It is recommended to find out in other stores first, and then come here to inquire about the price, and according to the observation of its inventory offerings, most of them need to adjust the supply of goods. Amateur photography requires you to be patient. In terms of the size of the items on the shelves, it is approximately equal to the merged store of 1/3 camera specialty stores and half a peripheral equipment (tripod, backpack) specialty store in the opposite Photography Street.     I would leave them 0 stars if I could. Horrendous service. Their response to return is to remove have no customer service whatsoever. I bought an expensive product from them and was misled by the picture of their website. When I wrote to them asking to exchange the product and pay any extra that needed to be paid they said they werent taking any products back due to their return policy?! This makes absolutely no sense as customers make mistakes and it should be fairly easy to make exchanges on products - I wasn't even asking for a refund so they would have kept me as a returning customer. There was no flexibility or leeway given - THIS IS AN UNRELIABLE BUSINESS. I will never be dealing with them again. Disgusting.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Go to Adorama or 42nd Photo instead !!!! The manager of this shop is the pettiest most ignorant unhelpful camera sales individual you are ever likely to meet.     MOST HORRIBLE. Stood waiting for one of their staff to even acknowledge our existence for way too long. Wanted to buy lighting equipment for our graphic studio, but no prices on the stock and completely disarrayed displays. Do they actually want to sell anything? Ready to spend money on 2 strobes of quality lighting but walked out in disgust at their lack of interest. My advice - buy online and and avoid this shop at all costs.

    SMALL RIPOFF SHOP. I would strongly advise you not to have dealings with these people. I purchased a $720 Nikon NIKORR lens from them on the internet only to find that the package did not contain the lens hood and straps. When I called them they claimed it was my fault I hadn't checked the parcel and that it was too late for them to do anything and I should contact Nikon. I pointed out my sale contract was with them, not the manufacturer, and they were obliged to provide goods of a 'merchantable quality'. The "gentleman" dealing with this was, I think, Matt: ignorant, poor listener and with no skills in dealing with customers. When I pointed out that he was still enjoined to making good the sale, he put down the phone. Not very reluctantly, I will now pursue my claim through the Circuit Court and the credit provider. My advice to potential customers: go to 42nd Photo or a knowledgeable, trustworthy dealer. These people seem more nuts than Captain Morgan. Subsequently I was "promised" a lens hood that they had fortuitously found in their warehouse and would be mailing it to me, I guess in order to preempt the claim I am about to lodge the lawsuit. After 10 days it is yet to appear - what a surprise! - so my advice remains o potential purchasers, go to a retailer with business ethics (eg B&H Photo or 42 photo), BUT AT ALL COSTS AVOID SUPER-STORE-4-LESS!.

    Dishonorable level of customer service. I went in looking to purchase a Sony adapter and possibly a tripod. After a few minutes I was acknowledged by one staff who was on the phone. The other finally asked what I wanted. I simply asked if they had any other adapters to which he was abrupt and tried to tell me the Sony version I wanted didn't exist. I found him rude and unhelpful and he didn't even know his product. I didn't even bother asking to look at the lenses.. I will go elsewhere.

We worked together to narrow down an amazing bespoke Medium Format using my erratic ideas and their fantastic experience. I would have been lost without their guidance and advice which was extensive without ever being pushy or impatient.     Despite what the countless good reviews may say, I really do question the kind of terms in which the owner chooses a particular camera to repair. Having barely taken a look at mine (with the issue being a dented lens), he proceeded to tell me that he was unable to proceed with a repair - when a visit to another shop the same day assured me that it was a minor issue and was fixed up within a day. For an establishment that boasts their ability to repair cameras with a no-strings-attached free diagnostic, you do not even get the choice in picking the 'right person' to fix your precious cameras because it seems as though he simply cannot be bothered with a minor case like mine. All the prior research I had done before contacting the owner for a repair was a complete waste of time.

    Sold me a wrong cleaning head saying that it is just multi-purpose. I later found out myself, as the cleaning tools were not premoistened every time I took it out to use. Sensei cleaning fluid. This better be an accident and that the sales person doesn't know. UPDATE : They made an exchange for me with one of their showcase cleaning kits. Better than nothing. Would advice again on double checking their sensor/lens cleaning kits before purchase.

    Good prices and nice pro & consumer camcorders. Unfortunately, the seller was very pushy to make me choose a camcorder that was $ 500 above my budget. According to him, the camcorder I originally came for was not a good one ... Wonder why they don't take that camcorder out of the range. The sales boy also had very little technical knowledge, I then bought the compact, black Canon 4k camcorder somewhere else.

    I have used the SuperStore4Less a few times & it's time I said how great they are, as they are steered by seasoned bird-watchers. It was time for me to choose another pair of binocular & I had got a visual problem from looking at different apertures ,which do I go for ? So I called SuperStore4Less for help .     The staff here have a passion for photography, we bought a camera that was half the budget we had and was not pushed to buy something stretching the budget...this speaks volumes. The camera was a low shutter count with a 18-55mm lense, a 100-300mm lense, 4 batteries, battery grip, case, MicroSD for $459....I could not have bought that lot privately for that price so am extremely pleased with my purchase.     I popped into the store after my Panasonic Lumix DC-S5 camera was conking off— first the len's autofocus malfunctioned, and then it was transmitting nothing back to the viewer. I didn't know if this was some sort of simple error, or if the lens and/or camera were genuinely failing. The nice guy at the counter pointed out to me what was keeping my lens from autofocusing and why the image in the viewfinder had gone blank. Sure enough, this was all because of some settings I had tinkered, but this guy happily showed me what I did wrong and didn't charge me anything, even though I didn't buy anything. In an easy-to-access spot right in the heart of the NYC, by the way.

    Honestly i have purchased a lot here.... When i walk in on a day off of work dressed in my best im met with warmth and greetings.... Went in to maybe buy a new DSLR to my toolkit in denim clothes my experience was less pleasant....     The owners are really helpful and kind. Anything you’re looking for they will help you track down if they don’t have it in the shop. Their prices and selection of photography equipment, accessories and other paraphernalia are really good.     Very nice help with buying a new full-frame camera. Well advised, even though we were already well prepared and knew which camera it should be. Now it has become a newer type for the same price. Due to a mistake in their website it was not easy to find out whether a particular lens was the right one for the camera, but the seller could not do anything about it. As a result, the purchase was seen as 2 separate, but the seller gave us the discount as if it were one joint kit. Neat and equal! A nice thing to come back!

    I left with having spent considerably more money than was initially intended for a Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8. The seller takes a lot of time for you by asking what you want and what you want to do with it, explaining it and having it tested.     Searched the internet for a Ewa-Marine underwater housing for Blackmagic Pocket cinema camera, Superstore for Less in New York was the cheapest. I wanted the underwater housing to be delivered the same or the next day. Delivery to Georgia the UPS no longer delivers, with others this housing was no longer in stock, with others it was simply more expensive. Reserved at Superstore 4 less via the website and immediately after confirmation that the item will be held in the store without obligation for the next two days. I just had to see if I was going to make it the same day to pick up the item or if it would be the next day. It became late afternoon. I was kindly received by the employee in the store and he immediately went to work to remove the housing from the warehouse. After payment the receipt was in my mailbox. Super! The only thing I missed was the question whether it would all be possible to take the housing with you or put it in the car and that no help is offered with this. A bit of extra service, I think, would be an added value to the customer experience. Customer service is excellent. Super ensured the free two-day reservation of my product (s).

    I found it incredible, it's like when you enter a temple of photography, they have everything either new or used. Virtually anything you may need for analog or digital photography, Super Store has it. The pity is that the staff gives the feeling of being conscripted to work there. In the ten minutes I was there waiting to be treated without anyone deigning to ask me what I wanted or to attend to me (they even attended several people who came after me), not even telling me that in a moment they would see me, I did not see a only smile on the face of none of those who work there.     I didn't get the expected feeling. I went to buy a handheld Gimbal stabilizer. I needed something that lets me to better balance camera/lens combos-the 5D Mark iv with a 24-70mm zoom lens. After briefly consulting they told me that they didn't have it and that they couldn't ask for it either, I didn't believe it. I was going to buy Micro-USB, quick release cable accessory etc. I got the feeling that they weren't interested. In the end, I buy at Fenway Photo, NY at a good price and delighted with life.     I have made only two purchases in this electronics store, a microphone for DSLR which I had to change the next day due to its poor performance. I bought another mic, with better features and 20% cheaper at Stock It All DEPOT. Change the mic for a tripod, which did not have a good price precisely but not returning the purchase amount should spend. In the three occasions in which I have been I have verified how what predominates by its personnel is arrogance and bad forms, superb together with extensive technical knowledge on the part of its workers.     I placed an order for a newly-released Canon EOS r5 a week ago. It was at $3900, the order was saved in my account on the site, I was calling. that it is not yet in stock and the moment it enters, the product will be sent to me. Later, my order was deleted from the account and now I have to buy it in $4000 because then it was in promotion. so basically these guys do promotions, they keep you until the promotion passes and then they make you buy the product at full price.     This is a decent and extensive store of photographic equipment and services, unique in New York. However it is bedeviled by preposterous overpricing of almost all the items they are selling. Also, my feeling is that they are biased on Leica equipment, putting in a canopy over almost all the other brands. At one point I was interested in a Sigma flagship full-frame model and while having it on stock, that camera was never available in showroom and this situation lasted for months. The film printing service is almost double the price in other states and the delivery of the product takes unpredictable number of weeks.

    Super Store 4 Less doesn't just deserve your support because it's the last photography in New York. The place also has a large selection of products and competitive pricing. Try finding a close-up lens filters for your macro equipment elsewhere in the city. Whether you shop in-person or pick up your online orders, there's ample parking and I've always been greeted when I enter. The exchange policy is reasonable. (I once picked up the wrong size lens cap.) My only nitpick is that the store is nestled in the heart of the city and no where close to the edges. That's a me problem -- I don't like fast-paced city driving. ;)

    Only heard amazing things about the shipping and customer service here so i wanted to try them out. Bought an item online a few weeks ago and it took the store 5 business days (well very end of that day) to email me to confirm my shipping address even though it was provided in the order. Item was shipped on the 4th business day after paying with no tracking info or confirmation provided. Was going to give 2 stars but prior to purchase, i emailed a question which they responded to on their only posted closed day so kudos. Not sure if i missed it but it would be nice to not have standard shipping as the only option. My package has been sitting at the local distribution for over a week. Pls stop using UPS, they are giving your service a bad name.
