  Everyone’s always so helpful at Superstore- amazing learning environment. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and I’m always happy with how my film photos turn out. Having them scan the photos and email to me is a huge time-saver as well.

  I agree with other reviews. This place is amazing, great staff and the membership has really good value. Super friendly and helpful when you have questions about developing or buying film. If. You are a pro photographer or interested in optics as hobby like astrophysics..This place can help you get into your stride.

  Super friendly and courteous staff who are willing to help enlighten if you are interested in cameras or film. Not to mention, they have a quick turnaround and are at a convenient location that is a quick walk away from the heart of the city. I felt like my money was in good hands.   Great experience! Let me walk you down the memory lane. Staff here are very experienced and knowledgeable camera person who is willing to shed more light on intricacies and answer any question that you may have about potential equipment. His prices are reasonable and the quality and durability of the product (old Sigma 50mm lens) hasn't changed since i purchased it a few months ago! Looking forward to returning to purchase more!

  Competitive pricing and helpful staff. It's nice to shop in a store that doesn't have salespeople following you around at every turn. I was able to browse at my leisure, get my questions answered and when I was ready to make my purchase, the salesman I worked with gave me his full attention. I'm not that experienced with photography but they seem to stock a nice selection of products and I saw some interesting gadgets I've never come across before. Another thing I really liked was the location of the store with lots of free parking so you don't spend an hour going in circles trying to park your car like everywhere else in the city. I'd definitely shop there again.

  Great staff , expert advise. Unfortunately, its so far from my home.2 Hour drive. Lots of items on display which is great its easy to see products without asking the store to open a product box. Lots of room in the store to walk around. Thank you , sorry forgot the salesmans name who helped me.

  Super Store4less has been my camera store of choice for all my productions, from small scale Videography projects, to a pair of IMAX films. Jason and Harris are always helpful, and you get that personal touch of a small storey rather then a robot-like large scale vender! My first and only choice in Toronto!

Unlike their competitors these guys are experts, they care about the customer and they have all the products that you didn’t even know about. They ship to us next day, and are always available.   My first time checking out this store. I usually make the trek downtown but this was recommended by a friend and it was a chill experience shopping here. First of all free parking, in NYC, that was so nice. Calm shopping environment. No one chasing you or upselling. Just browsed for quite a while and was able to get some useful gack I've been needing for a long time. Will definitely return.

  Resourceful raw technical knowledge. Super friendly staff. Give you a lot of time in helping you make your purchase. I started using them four years ago and continue to this day. I ask for John when I am there. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was recently on an expedition trip to Greenland with professional photographers. Their advice to me was to purchase from the local stores that spend hours helping me out as well as letting me try out new lenses. The internet stores don't spend any time with you and have nothing invested to make a sale. In the end Super Store4less gave me the best value because of the time, knowledge and help they provide. The cheapest price is often not the best value. Go to Super Store4less, ask for James and judge for yourself.

  Came here to buy my first mirrorless camera. Johnny was super helpful in pointing us towards a camera that was suitable for our budget, abilities and needs.   I was welcomed by the young manager one Mr Daves I hope I am spelling it correct. He is very passionate about 📷 s and I could see the wealth of knowledge he had about the cameras especially about the technicalities. He was just the right guy to talk to if you needed any kind of information about the technicalities and usability. Overall a very positive and energetic guy. It was very good talking to him.   I can't rate my experience highly enough. I visited the store having done a huge amount of research and assumed I needed to buy the most expensive bridge camera on the market to get the results I wanted. Dave was extremely attentive and patient and convinced me that I didn't need to spend as much as I had thought to get the results I wanted from a camera. He persuaded me to buy a cheaper camera and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. I've had the camera a month now and I'm heading back in for an hour's tutorial with Dave next week. I've tended to steer away from the High Street in recent years because of pushy sales people who don't listen. My experience with Dave couldn't have been further from that.

  Me and my Boyfriend went in to understand a recent purchase on a Polaroid camera. We were met by a lovely man called: Dave. He was incredibly helpful and friendly and managed to answer ALL my questions on the Polaroid we purchased, (and apparently I ask a lot), and sell the film that we needed. Even though they didn't have this particular camera in the shop he was still very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Dave and Superstore4less.

  Dropped by in here seeking to replace my wife''s CANON G16 compact that had prematurely and unprecedentedly gone out. The gentleman that served us had all kowledge required and explained through the specs of a Nikon DSLR and proved to us that the camera would do match up her needs and more. He charged up the camera battery whilst we drooled over other products and set the camera up to hit the shoot right away. He even looked after the box until we were heading back to our car later. Excellent service and would be happy to go back again, even if it is a 3 hour trip.

  I have used Super Store to upgrade Panasonic TZ models with viewfinders as old TZ10 phase out of the market. Staff labored under the pros and cons and I was given demonstrations of the image quality on the screen in the shop to help me decide - I eventually decided to buy the TZ90. Excellent service and same cost as online. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a new camera!

  Came into this shop with a Canon camera in mind, but after chatting with the saleswoman and getting a clear dissection of contemporary technologies, plus shots taken while we stood there, we left with another model more powerful and top-end. The shop's staff even allowed me to try the camera outside their premises. A service with a tailored touch you can only get from shop like this. Will not hesitate to return.

  Fantastically helpful staff and very knowledgeable. It's quite a fast-growing shop has a diverse stock in house but they are more than willing to order in items for you if they don't have. They are also happy to price match. As it's the only specialist camera store in New York, it's definitely the place to go and is in a very convenient location in the heart of the city

  Super Store 4 Less offered First Class Professional Service when I purchased a TZ90 with cards and spare batteries. This store is my first choice in the whole of New York for buying Cameras and accessories. Much better than Adorama, &H, and Best Buy for photographic items. You always have instant stock available in the TZ range and these guys always make me feel very relaxed and happy instore. You have expert Customer Service Skills. The website is always very clearly priced with all goods displayed perfectly. Super Store for Less gets 5 Stars from me.

  Have been here a few times now as I always make a point of at least window shopping this store when I'm in New York. The staff are always friendly and well informed but unfortunately never quite seem to have what it is I'm enquiring about. Either they are waiting for stock or just sold out?! It won't stop me from having a look though and generally this is a great,albeit relatively small, shop to look and purchase your camera based equipment.

  Popped in, excellent service, had what I needed at a very reasonable price, cheaper than bigger stores B& H. Watched a couple of transactions ahead of me, these guys explain and fathom cameras! Travelling from Mississippi, left without a side harness for my EOS SL2 / Rebel. Camera’s been bouncing off my stomach for a week,mad to chew nuts! I just loved being able to find a quality store in New York, thanks so much!!

The device has a dust-proof and water-resistant layer to keep the bad guys out. It got a wider focal than my previous devices.   I got to The Greenwood Lake Air Show and Wwii Showcase this year only to find that I'd left my memory card at home. Super store 4 less stand's was the first I came across selling memory cards and they were selling the same brand, twice the size, and a smidgeon faster than the one I'd left behind. It was even on special offer. Day saved. The unexpected bonus became evident later on. I was shooting frame after frame at high speed and seeing not a single flicker of the camera to card transfer light. On my smaller card I could only shoot 6 frames before that came on and the camera locked up for 10 seconds or so leading me to suspect that the smaller one was a fake.

  Agreed that you sometimes have to seek out staff, who were probably trying not to apply pressure - but they were friendly, informed, and happy for me to try out their wide range of items (even for future purchase). It's enjoyable to both browse and buy at the local store. For Nikon, especially, they have their full range of stock on show for browsing - apparently they've every new flagship or generation of Nikon.

  This is a excellent store, swarming with a sea of knowledgeable staff. They are very quick to help, but understand if you are just browsing, research your potential item thoroughly. The store is well laid out and easy to find the items you are looking for. Unfortunately the items I wanted I could find cheaper elsewhere, but I will definitely try here first. If you are into photography, I highly recommend this as your go to place to check out and purchase your equipment.

I was really pleased with everything about the transaction: the price was good, the trade-in offered for my Nikon was very reasonable, and the service throughout was first class, being highly professional and courteous.   staff here bubble with enthusiasm over their excellent stock. As a working professional photographer it’s great to see a larger scale photography supplier in the city. The used equipment department is also superbly and I’ve picked up some quality bargains here.

  Even Mr. Trump can't dig up any speck of dirt for my super store. The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. They aren't pushy trying to make a sale and give an informative service. They have an online retail platform that blows the big boys like Best Buy out of the water. They will price match with other shops including Amazon. Frequently, you'll note it's always the lowest price and top it all with the fact that that you have any problems you can walk in and they will do their best to sort it. I have bought both new and used gear here. Used gear is priced well and they give good prices for trade in too. Also they do sensor cleaning which I regularly use. I shoot Nikon and they have a great selection of gear in store but they have a staggering selection no matter what brand you shoot. They are happy for you to try it as well, be that lenses on your camera body or an entire setup. They aren't afraid of getting gear out of the glass box! Also a great selection of accessories too. Only issue I would note as a negative is that the newly-created website does not give you the real picture of walking into this store. There's more to feast your eyes on if you've a penchant for photography.

  Super-store couldn't be more helpful, buying from them was a breeze and the delivery was exceptional. My item unfortunately broke so when I returned it back I spoke to someone called john over the phone from customer service. He was so helpful in not only giving me some advice but helping me to setup my new laptop and making sure everything was in top working order, I even got a out of the blue follow up call the day after just to make sure all was well and I was happy with everything.

  This place is amazing! As someone who is not very technologically minded the staff here makes approaching each project I use them for feel more comprehensive and less intimidating. They are patient and kind. I enjoy working with them. I plucked off one star as they lack both my rentals as well as printing and have but overall I've found them to be absolutely lovely and helpful on all fronts!   At first blush, I found this place thinking I could rent gear. I started going here in 2017. I rented a Nikon D200 elsewhere as they recommended. The staff can be a little tough to understand. What do I mean by that? Some people are not the most friendly. But, hey, I'm there to rent gear, not make a dinner date. Over time and learning, I bought several lenses and finally bought a Nikon D800. I bought from them because you don't get this quality of service online or when trying building a relationship with a local place. They do not disappoint.

  I ended up paying for a Canon X Mark II. They had no idea I am a professional, and I didn't tell them. I just told them my needs, and they suggested the exact equipment to meet that need.   I really hate going to online stores but this was my best experience by far. From the moment I placed my order, Superstore4less went the extra mile and gave me an accurate overview of how my shopping experience will go. At one point, I called one representative and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Even though there were other customers waiting, he answered our gazillion questions without frustration and whipped out a bill estimate sheet so we can visually understand our potential contract.
