  Personally, I'm very tech-savvy and know myself above average with camera technology and have been taking pictures for over thirty years, so I do not hope to ask too stupid questions ... but I hate it when sellers give you annoyed and sparing information, let them know you are unfamiliar and should rather rely on her advice without really explaining herself, etc. One often feels more like a petitioner than a king customer ... I know a similar attitude from B&H Electronic .. .that also the professionals with social deficits. This may be a different experience or experience, or it may not be so important for many .. but photography has something to do with a relationship to be nurtured for years. You buy lenses, accessories, etc ... needs maintenance and advice ... In my opinion, the sales staff should be better trained for the customer conversation and adopt a friendlier and more accommodating attitude. Three points for the technical proficiency and I'm honestly being the fairest.

  I had visited to seek advice from him regarding the purchase of a new camera system. My experience goes back a long way and I've already worked with many brands. Now I came to Emm and Jonathan completely free and open to new things and just let him do it. The outcome of the discussion was astonishing and very much based on the recommendations of Jonathan (camera and lenses), who is known to be one of the best in the photography market. So I opted for the Sona A7RII and also bought the high-quality lenses here. I have one more thing to say about Mr. Jonathan: he is a very tough negotiating partner when it comes to bargaining. Please tell Mr. Jonathan that he is a really good consultant with a high level of skill and extensive experience. You are lucky to have such a good employee asset on your team. Congratulations.

  My intention was to buy a follow-up camera for my broken Canon G12. Overall, the long journey through the city was worth it for me, I went home with a Panasonic Lumix GX80 that Super store 4 less was able to offer for a really good price. It took three attempts - it was only the third employee who joined the conversation when he noticed that it was stalling and was equipped with the necessary skills to provide very good advice. I was not urged to make a hasty decision, but was able to think about my decision in the café and then talk to an employee about the planned purchase again. I was offered several alternatives, and the advantages and disadvantages were discussed extensively. I am very happy that there is still such a specialty shop: I would never have received such patient advice on the big box place or on the Internet.

  Thank you very much for the great service! Because of a lack of time on my part, the consultation took place very competently by telephone. I roughly knew what I wanted, so a visit to the store wasn't necessary. The phone call confirmed my selection and there were some helpful tips on top. I found the absolutely uncomplicated ordering process very pleasant. It only took an hour and I had my new camera system in my shop. Great service!   No big chain, no corporation can beat an old-established camera store like this one, even on the state of the art.   I would say Super-Store is really great. If you are a fan of vintage lenses. You can get some great stuffs here. I spend almost chunks of time here just with in the second hand lens section. The price are reasonable. The customer support is incredible. I have been to many second hand shops even in other countries but the welcome we get here is splendid one. After finishing my selection I informed the authorized person. He came with me and shared the lenses I chose for hands on review and test with my camera. He gave me my time to go through online reviews before finalizing the selection. At the time of packing I asked for a lens cap which the lens lacked. The shop man went on searching for a lens cap and came with a one. The attitude is NOT like " if you want to buy.buy it. Else leave. We don't speak much" . Was really happy for the lens and interaction they had. Other camera stuffs are also there. The customer interaction is Highly rated

  I phoned early this morning to see if Super Store 4 Less stocks wrist straps that fit onto camera. Seems you do not have, but helpful gentleman says I must come to the shop, he will make a plan. When I got there, said gentleman had obviously gone somewhere and managed to locate a spare strap. I did not get his name, but excellent service, went the extra kilometre, well done.

  I'm still a beginner in the field of photography and was competently advised on every visit. The employees take a lot of time to explain everything in detail and to help them make decisions, despite the large number of people in the shop, without having to feel compelled to buy.   I have often bought from SuperStore4Less (Sony A7 III, 50mm Sigma Art and 24-70 Sigma Art + camera accessories). Whether in the shop or online, the employees are friendly when making a purchase and call if you have any questions. I ordered the 50mm Sigma Art for the wrong Sony Mount. Shortly after placing the order, the seller made a phone call to confirm whether I really wanted the lens for the A-mount and changed the order accordingly. Customer service here means not only being friendly, but also thinking along. In general, customer support acted quickly, easily and customer-oriented. The 5 stars are therefore more than deserved. I can only encourage everyone not to order from large online shops, but to support local retailers. Worth it.

  A legendary place to find a wide range of photography/videography devices and supplies. You can print your photos on high quality fine art paper and develop your films. Regarding the price, they tend to be a bit higher, but you can get a good deal of discount if you are a student or depending the amount of prints you order. It's based on a good area and it is easy to find it (a few meters from the Metro Station). **Due Covid-19 only 2 costumers are allowed inside the shop at a time.

  Great! Not only is it the best photography store I know, it is undoubtedly the best online store I've ever seen! The service is brilliant, I never waited more than ten seconds to answer my call, I don't know if it was by chance but it happened. The assistants are super friendly and informed, they don't mind spending long minutes on their cell phones to help arrange the product that best suits our needs! Orders arrive home 2 days after we place them! The site has thousands of products, for all prices and tastes, and as far as I know, if there were not the product we want, we can order it by post. In case of exchange or returns the system also works very well. In short, the times I ordered from Super Store I was very satisfied, with nothing to point out, and I recommend this store to all photography and video lovers! Now we just need to create more local brick and mortar stores!

  This place is a Paradise! Knowledgable staff, amazing selection, and inventory! I would reccomend this place even With me having to wait in traffic. I have been trying to get a gimbal and battery for a week now and everywhere else is backordered or $50+ for you to order it online and have it shipped to bestbuy. They had a few in stock and at only $90 you cant beat that, i found a couple in stock on some websites but they wanted $125 + S&H. Staff was very freindly and helped me with my questions. Just wish they had better hours, but its a family run business. Would reccomend to all of my friends!

  Outstanding old-school, brick & mortar, store steeped in mom and pop posh. They had the best price available on a new Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO Lens that I could find anywhere among reputable (non-ny-based!) companies. With two-day shipping it was still cheaper than what you'd pay new at Adorama or B&H with regular shipping. I even called them the next day to confirm my order, and they helped me right away...because the inventory was showing out of stock! But the gentleman I spoke with told me their inventory is tied directly to the internet, so when it says 'in stock' they really are in stock! Bottom line....great company. I don't know how they became formidable against the giants of the industry (Adorama, Samy's, B&H, or even Amazon). But I'll gladly give them my business in the future, if their prices can remain competitive.

  Ran into these guys while on a picnic and must say, these guys are awesome. Loaned me a lens for my shoot and the pricing was fairly reasonable--they have an unencumbered variety for renting equipment, if they add few more of prime factory lenses I would say I'll be their loyal customer for renting. The staff is really nice, and helpful. Every time I went in, someone was willing to help almost right away; or at least acknowledged me and told me that they would be with me right away. Really pleased with their business/store. Would recommend them!

  I'm not a pro photographer, but my mom had to get her old canon film camera fixed and they had everything she needed. They troubleshooted the camera and found out something was damaged in the lens and plumbed deep in the back to find a component and sold it to us at a fantastic price. We'll be going there to have her film developed because the staff were so helpful.

  Got a top-notch full-frame mirrorless camera as a gift. Took the one on one class to learn how to operate the camera. Absorbed more in 1 hr than I learned in all the YouTube tutorials I had pored over. Also he found that one of the lenses that came with it was broken. Set me up with a great all around lens.   Every time I've gone to this store I have felt free as a bird, cordially invited, and inspired. The staff are incredibly friendly and patient, which was a huge help as I'm a novice. They took time to explain things and never made me feel rushed. Speaking with one of the staffers (Jonathan I think?) helped me feel more at ease in using my camera, in choosing the right film, and in spotting quality when purchasing used devices. The level of expertise makes this a great go-to for professionals, and their helpfulness and patience makes it also a great place for beginners.

  Visited on a Customer Appreciation Day as my first experience at this store! Very impressed with the staff and their acquaintance on a vast variety of equipment and accessories. It is rarer and rarer to find these type of places. I expect we will be back in the future even though it is not a short trip for us to get there.   Every time I have shopped here Stuart has provided top class service! Yesterday I was in rush to grab a few things and hit the pavement. I called Stuart on the way to the NY location, he had the NIKON lens and few tripods ready to roll to go for me. He quickly demonstrated the features of the tripod.   I have used the shop on several occasions and have always had good customer services of both staff members. Stuart is always cheerful and pleasant will go through things with you and spends time giving advice even if you are only browsing or picking her brain. The man has taken my child's passport photos and I had no complaints he spent time explaining how to print photos and correcting my errors and was helpful & in no rush.   I went to SuperStore4Less to take advantage of their Friday free sensor cleaning. I had a deadline to beat and didn't realize they would need to keep my cameras for up to two days. When I mentioned I'd have to postpone the cleaning event, Emm pulled some strings and asked Craig if he would make an exception and work on mine right away, which he did. Emm also took the time to answer my questions. He also found out that the issue with my Nikon mirrorless camera was not the body, as my research showed but the lens. Saved me money on repairs and the purchasing of another camera. SuperStore4Less has always provided great service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

  Super delighted with this earthly paradise for those of us who cherish photography. Certainly there is almost nothing like this store. The variety they offer and the magic that the store has (which, if that were not enough, is in the very area where the store sits). I purchased some filters there and a Panasonic Lumix G Vario 100-300mm f/4-5.6 Mega OIS. Also grabbed a Clip Capture V3 of Peak Design to comfortably carry my camera in one of the straps of my backpack. Always more than correct, and ticking my brain by thinking about the photos I could do with all those goals they have. They work on everything in the Mirrorless field of which I am a user. It is highly recommended to go there if you are passionate about photography. Something very positive is that the online experience of the web stores becomes authentic when you can see the equipment and make tests. It's great. My favorite store in NY, honestly.

  I have gone to SuperStore4Less several times. They have always been very kind, with very warm hospitality and always advising me the best. They have a variety of cameras, lenses, accessories, etc. second hand in very good condition. In addition to having an extensive range of cameras and photography ancillaries, they've books, video, frames, covers, etc. ..all new. The last time,a I went with a friend who urgently needed a reflex camera and came out with a Nikon D7500 for $899 more or less (I do not remember it well), with a memory card, lens and camera case.   I had the problem with a lens and a filter that got wrongly threaded, or had a stroke. As I do not remember which of the two occasions it was, but both opened new problems, the filter was left on the side of the thread and both by hand and with Amazon tweezers, I was unable to remove it. In the end they recommended Super Store 4 Less where I called first and they told me that they surely would craft a solution and if I would take it. I went in the morning and they treated me super fast. With great professionalism I removed it in 3 seconds and did not want to charge me anything. From today my store of reference for future purchases. Speed ​​and professionalism sets them ahead of the pack.

  This is your one stop place for all shopping related to photography and at handsomely discounted prices. I recently bought my camera and lens from them and found their prices 100 dollars less than Amazon or any online store. Their collection is wide and you will find all the accessories you need here. My only advice would be to just call and check the availability of the product before you go. The staff is courteous and attentive and service is good. Highly recommend it.

  Emms and the rest of the team run a fantastic operation here! I had just visited NY for 10 days (too short...) and wanted to see what our new Canon EOS body could produce with some quality Tamron lenses. Our experience with SuperStore4Less was delightful, and we recommend it to anyone who either does not have magnificent lenses, or does not want to bother flying all that value and weight in from the mainland (or elsewhere). We spent the time of the trip exploring the city (which is AWE-INSPIRING), and the shop set us up with a box and a shipping label--we were able to take the lenses with us. Emms even threw in a polarizing filter at no additional cost when we extended our rental to get the best of both worlds. We'll definitely be using them again!

  Staff are absolutely awesome, Great selection of equipment to choose from for purchase, and if you're uncertain about a lens. Just rent It out, this goes a long way getting rid of a headache by renting out the lens for 3 days to get a feel for it before I decide. Also they are awesome to talk to, knowing their fields in and out keeping up with the latest and greatest. Not just from name brands either but third party and beyond.   Rented an Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 17mm f/1.8 from them. Their service is efficient and the lens was in good shape and performed as expected. Some people give bad ratings as they didn't do their homework regarding a certain lens. I did mine and knew this lens was slightly slow for aerial, but went with it and was satisfied with its performance.

  Came into the store to trade in my camera equipment. I sold a few film bodies and some lenses. The prices were of course lower than I would have fetched online, but it saved me the trouble of posting to Craigslist and dealing with all that.   I went to SuperStore4Less to get information on a Celestron telescope. Emm, the salesperson, helped me out with lots of insightful advice and has the components that I needed in stock.
