  I had a remote start, new stereo receiver and subwoofer installed in my 2007 Pontiac Vibe. The pricing was competitive, and the installation was excellent; very clean. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sound of Tri-State.

  Our remote start had ot worked for year or so. We made an appt to have it repaired. It was a matter of recharging the unit. It took 20 mins to repair. Great service and quick.

  It's been a very good experience with Tri-State. But my new speakers showed up as used when I found old solder on the terminals. When I inquired, they initially said there was something wrong. Upon re-checking they assured me the speakers were new. I persisted for an exchange which they honored and paid for return shipping. I ordered a different speaker and am satisfied with it being brand new. Jw took good care of me during the process and overall good communication.

  Purchased new Bronco Wildtrak. Immediately realized I need to improve good, but not great sound system. Asked and recieved recommendations. We discussed and they blew me away. Upgraded 6 speakers and sub. Plus added amplifiers. In addition I had them put a half convertible top and after market headlights as well as a bank of 3 fog lights, 3 on rack side of steel midular bumper utilizing stock auxiliary switches. All work performed expertly and result was beyond expectations. They kept me informed of progress and ensured my brand new vehicle was clean and spotless upon return. This was not my first visit and will not be my last. I give my highest rating !

  I got a radio, speakers, backup camera, under glow lights (under the truck) and led lights under the tailgate that lets you know when I stop, turn or reverse my truck. Sound of Tri State installed everything and I am more than satisfied because they did an excellent job! Great customer service with accurate dates and times of when service was available to when service was being done to when service was completed! I’ll recommend them to everyone that wants satisfaction and quality of good work! Thanks again!

  Marlo service was exceptional. After a lot of concern whether the system would fit in my CVO Electra Glide and multiple calls Marlo went above and beyond to research. the Rockford Fosgate amp speakers and deck all fit perfect. The sound from the system is amazing compared to what came stock on the bike. Thanks Marlo & Sound of Tri-State.

  I met Mike at Ocean City bike week and discussed the Soundstream Reserve. He did not have one with him and said to give him a call. A few days went by and I finally got around to calling. I had priced the unit with other vendors and Sound of Tri-State beat them out. I ordered the unit on Wednesday and received it the very next day.

  A friend recommended this business to me as I was looking for a place to sell/install a new head unit for my 2011 Lincoln Town Car I had just purchased. I went here and was immediately impressed with Giovanni who was the store employee who greeted me and helped me. It was a very smooth process and the unit was installed about a week later. I did have trouble with the unit and went in to get that taken care of. No issues at all with the warranty coverage and they installed a new unit. I am very impressed with this business.

  I ordered, they delivered, that part was fine. On their site you can let them know if you find an item cheaper somewhere else. I did, and I let them know thinking they’d give me the opportunity to purchase at a better price but I got nothing. Why even have that option to let Tri-State know if they don’t seem to care anyway? Turned out to be a waste of my time to fill out the form and get no response at all.

  I came to Sound of Tri-State with a problem: the black interior of my car made the interior so hot that it was uncomfortable on long drives. The air conditioning just didn't keep up. Due to vision issues I didn't think tinting was a good idea. The solution suggested by Marlo wasn't tinting, it was application of a film that simply reflected outside heat. I can't express enough my complete satisfaction with the applied material. I even went back to have my sunroof done. Because I received such courteous, professional service I returned to Sound of Tri-State for replacement of my nonfunctioning speakers. Again, great options, great service. I highly recommend visiting or calling the company when your particular need arises.

  The prices were good and the shipping was fast and free.. My speaker ripped when I tuned it and I had to send it back for warranty. It was hard getting hold of the online lady. But my warranty speaker came back Fast. The warranty speaker looks used but that's not their fault it's the manufacturers fault.

  Continued excellent products and customer service. Giovanni and Scott are always on top of things with their products and different options for installation- very refreshing. I’ve been using a variety of cigarette lighter plug in dash cameras - finally upgraded to a hardwired Pioneer VREC in stock at Sounds of Tri State. It’s a fantastic unit. Giovanni assisted with general operations. What a difference - syncs with my iPhone very well. Because of their great products, installation, and customer service I’ve scheduled more accessory installation for a different vehicle. Convenient location next to the Royal Farms on Kirkwood Highway.

  I had a Kenwood DDX9907xr and a DRV-N520 Dash Cam installed in my 2009 Toyota Tacoma Truck. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. The installation went smoothly with no big problems and was done in a very professional manner!! I would definitely recommend the Sound of Tri-State for your stereo equipment & installation needs.   Marlo assisted me with finding the right radio and speakers to fit my car. Since it was an old car and had limited space in the rear,we had to go with a custom order, old style (push buttons on the front), which matched the era of the car perfectly. It looks great! And sounds great! Installation was fast and they walked me through the features of the radio since it had all the new technology but looked like it was from the 60s.
