  This place is great! They go above and beyond what they need to I have taken my MC in a few times and even after work they have done I did not think it was working right ( it was but the sun was shining on the front of the screen but they did some adjustments and made it right ( no charge. ) and explain to me that maybe get some kind of tinting on the cover plate might help more. Also have had work done on my truck and came up short on the wire I bought and they told me they would find the time to finish the job after I got the rest of the wire I needed but like I said they are just good people. And if they can’t do they tell or if they don’t think it will look good they tell you that to

  Was skeptical because I didn’t see no reviews online on anything, but after doing some more research I believed they were legit. Ended up ordering the wrong speakers and they only sent one speaker and after confirming it with them I ordered the right speakers. Very helpful people. Haven’t set my audio up yet, but will be ordering again

  While I am usually one to do things myself, when I wanted a radar detector and dash cam installed in my new car, I wanted it done right. I selected the Escort Redline 360 and the M2 Dashcam.   Had back up camera installed about 6 years ago. In the 6 years had it back there with problems with the camera. Took it again and said it was bad and replaced it for over $200. Never asked me if I wanted it done because I probably wouldn’t have.

  I've dealt with these guys for years on numerous vehicles. The service has been excellent every single time. The gentleman at the counter is always super friendly, laid back, eager to help, and efficient. I've had different things done from stereo installs, bluetooth, remote starts, etc., and I've taken a good look at their installs and workmanship. Each time I found that their wiring was neat, clean, safely routed, and very professional. I have no reason to let anyone else do my audio and video work. These guys are fast, fair, and their quality is excellent.

  This order I placed with this company was a nightmare from the jump. Customer service is absolute garbage! Very poor and misleading communication.   Overall everything is going well It cost a lot more than I was expecting it too. I seem to be having an issue with the radio losing signal to the phone. It kind of pops off and on. Like I said, it would pop off for a minute come back on sometimes a 30 seconds uo to a to minute, so I haven’t reached out to the store yet but it’s on my list

  Went there to get a remote starter put on my vehicle, while there no problems, got home and the remote starter wouldnt shut the vehicle off, constant beeping signal that reflected a key was left in the vehicle. Took the vehicle back and they replaced the remote starter unit, to date I am still have the same issue, still getting the beeping from the vehicle that a key is still in the vehicle. I have to wait 5-10 minutes for the car to shut down before engaging the car alarm.

  Excellent customer service. They kept me updated throughout my warranty process via text. Awesome place to do business for car audio especially because they price match volume sellers on eBay!!
