  bought a new set of st35 tweeters from them, when i opened the box the 1st red flag was the capacitors were gone, once i took tweeters out and 1 was obviously swapped out due to no serial # and scratches all over.....contacted them asap due to needing them for a show a return for my back wasnt an option and pretty much only option given....couldve offered some $ back or whatever....it is what it is.....thats the only negative thing but i wont do business with them again

  The web site and search bar was just what I needed, customer service by phone could use a friendlier touch, the head unit I purchased(Aquatics AV, the Harley -HS)had a bad left RCA output, called about it and it was no problems to get a return label, both deliveries were good, just what you’d expect, it was read that a signature was required for delivery, none was needed for either delivery. I would recommend these guys and Definitely that head unit(great price and performance)

  Recently, I had a higher-end remote start, along with a complete security alarm system installed in my F150 at Sound Of Tristate in Folsom, PA. Mike, the manager hooked me up and got the job done the same day. Their ace installers, Kyle & Chuck, to name a few, there, are quite adept and knowledgeable in the installation of ancillary electrical and electronic vehicle component systems, and it is indeed assuring to know that the job's gonna' get done right. A few years back, I had a front/rear dash cam system installed there on another vehicle, as well as custom headlights in yet another vehicle in the past. Everything works great ! I've never gone wrong by giving them my business, and as such, I trust that they will get the job done right the first time with no callbacks. I am particular that way, so I expect them to be discriminating as well. Also, my predicate for choosing Sound Of Tristate is that I feel that they are honest and trustworthy and in that vein, my vehicles are in good hands. Mike's a straight-shooter and I will be pleased to continue to do business with them in the prospective future. Thanks for allowing me to submit my honest and objective review.

  I placed two separate orders and with one I needed a little help. The staff was amazing and everything was shipped and to my door in 3 days with the normal free shipping. All products came as expected or better. I ordered an amp and it was upgraded due to the other version being out of stock. Amazing surprise! I will definitely be using sounds of tristate again!!!

  The website was fairly easy to navigate, so no issues with that. I do have one complaint about the delivery; wasn't happy that there was restriction on the pickup process. I'm military and in Alaska so the person I mailed it too was not allowed to pick it up for me and UPS wouldn't leave it at their house (when they were not there to receive). I understand this is an expensive item and you don't want to risk it being stolen however just reach out to the purchaser and let them know you are applying restrictions so they can find out that their options are and exercise them.
