  After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical but I needed this so I figured I'd give it a shot. It downloaded and installed with no problem in about 15 minutes. I opened, worked on and printed an existing file also with no issues. The bad reviews seem to be the older ones so maybe the bugs have been worked out.

  Worked great for me - Mac Mojave. I installed the software WITH prior MS office still in place, didn't want to delete in case the install didn't work. Download and install were a breeze. Also, I am pleasantly surprised by Office itself - I switched from 2010 ... lol ... what a difference.

  I removed the pre-installed Office 365 from my new Windows 10 laptop then downloaded MS Home Office & Student 2019 and followed the prompts to complete installation. Downloading from Amazon saved money over buying direct from MS plus I was able to use a gift card to further reduce my cost.
