  Was really worried when I read all the reviews about installation problems, but this was super easy to install. Absolutely no problems. Took a few minutes start to finish. Everything was automatic. Just writing to reassure others. BTW, I installed on a PC Windows 10.

  Installation was super easy. Many people complained that they got the message key already in use. Read the rest of the message. It says that your key code has already been entered for you. Just sign on to your Microsoft account and everything will work fine. It works. Read the directions.

  Loaded it on a new Lenovo laptop. I made a spelling error setting up the Microsoft account. Fixed that and Office downloaded quickly and then setup went smoothly.

  Haven't needed to use tech support, but all the programs run accordingly and haven't faced an issue thus far. It is a bit expensive to buy, but it is a permanent product and it is necessary for school and work. One time payment, useful in a myriad of ways.
