  Site was easily found with an internet search. Ordering was simple. Didn’t get an email when it was shipped, and didn’t get a response when I inquired about shipping and possible arrival dates. It arrived and was very easy to install on our heavy bypass pantry doors. Wish we’d have seen these before we wasted money buying bypass hardware from Home Depot that only lasted a couple of years. This product is far superior and better made. Our biggest problem is we decided not to use the soft closures and we have issues trying to get used to the new hardware. You see, the new rollers slide so well, one of these days the panty door may end up in the living room! Maybe for those DIY people thinking of using this product … install the soft closures!

  I liked that the system is customizable. The top track seems to hide very nicely. However, my order was missing parts and I found the instructions hard to follow with minimal words to explain what to do. The little clips on the side to keep the door in the track are very short and the door comes off the track easily. The soft close made it very hard to open so my kids couldn’t even open the door. I was expecting a lot more for paying more then double what you would pay from the big box stores

  I would say the kit worked well and as intended. We did need to put in more and longer screws than the kit had as the doors are on the heavier end of the capacity and the supplied screws pulled out. This could honestly be because of the installation (done by my contractor). I did find the need to predrill some more holes to help countersink the added wood screws. With 3 young kids we will see if this holds up to the abuse my kids can inflict. I did need to re-install the rollers as the contractor didn't realize the soft close mechanism got installed between the two rollers.

  As other slidup products the hardware is excellent and easy to install. The only negative is that I could not purchase the sliding hardware separately from the pocket door hardware, which is what I wanted. Please offer your rails and rollers separately in the future.

  The quality of the product is far superior than the ones that you find at the mega stores. The product was received in perfect condition and very well packed. All parts are sturdy and well built. My only concern is that I received 2 of the door stoppers damaged.

  I ordered from Slid’Up and Purolator damaged some of my items during delivery. I contacted Slid’Up and they made things right. I appreciate their great customer service and efforts.
