  Service très rapide et installation facile. J'ai installé le système Slid-up 1300 pour une porte coulissante extérieure et le tout fonctionne à merveille pour le moment. Très silencieux, discret et joli comparativement aux rails style grange des grandes surfaces. Cela dit, la quincaillerie est plutôt petite et elle semble fragile a priori pour quelque chose qui supporte soi-disant jusqu'à 130lbs/porte; j'ai bien hâte de voir si tout va résister à l'hiver québécois et au temps. À mon avis, il serait intéressant de développer un «stopper» pouvant se glisser dans le rail directement. Je recommande fortement pour le prix.

  Finding the right product and placing the order was excellent. There was however a problem with delivery. When the product arrived, the packaging was damaged and the rail had been bent in two directions. I believe this is the couriers fault and not the supplier. There was also a nut missing from one of the pieces of equipment. I have managed to straighten the rail as far as possible and I can get a nut. For future reference, make sure that all the components are packaged and ensure the courier is more careful with the package. The packaging is robust so clearly, it was hit by something heavy as it was broken in half.

  Hi again, it has been some time since I received this product and I have only just tried to install it. I thought I could pull the track straight when I fitted it. Unfortunately, it is pulling the subframe out of alignment so is rendering it unusable. I therefore need to order a new track for the slip'up 140 bi-fold door hardware kit. Would you please confirm the part reference for the track so I can re-order the correct one for this system. Thank Paul M PS, the rest of the product is excellent

  The service was very good. There was a problem with the oval flush handles that I purchased. The chrome cover plates needed to be bent straight before they would lock to the base. When I phoned Home Sliding Systems they offered to send me replacements at no charge if I continued to have a problem with the handles.

  Excellent service. My requirements were non-standard and I had a number of questions after looking at the online information. I emailed the questions with a scan of my design and after a couple of back and forth sessions to clarify the design I had a complete parts list. I simply placed the order on-line, told them how long the rails needed to be in the comments section and 4 days later the whole kit arrived. I even received an email from them confirming that they had noted the custom length. Special thanks to Chloe and Stella for their help.

  Site navigation is very simple and easy. I wish I knew about this company sooner. I bought sliding door track through Amazon. It is excellent quality. I wish track came with all of necessary mounting brackets as a kit. Found the company website after I started looking for mounting brackets. Shipping of hardware was very fast. I am impressed with all of the products on the website and homeslidingsystems.ca will be my go to website when I need sliding door hardware

  The product description was good and ordering for delivery was very easy. Product is very good quality and was easy to assemble and install. The only drawbacks I would say are that the assembly/install instructions (pictures only) can be a little confusing, and that it would have been nice to see the balance shown as a "customers also ordered" or be recommended (so as to save a second shipping cost and delay). Overall, I will certainly order here again and am very satisfied with my purchase(s).

  The website is good, and the product is better. I have used Crowder in the past along with an other Italian brand and realize that availability is crucial, ruggedness is not a luxury and that the finishing touches (read track covers, end caps, spacers, even detailed spec sheets) will cover all other aspects of a complete (...and fashionable) installation. If I were lazy, which I am, I would go straight to the 265lbs track, and not imagine having to replace sac.. an existing pocket door track, well because I am lazy, and I don’t like plastering either. By the way bifolds should all be suspended, (no torque (twist) in the door panels).

  The sliding rail I ordered was excellent price and quality and arrived in a quick manner. We ordered the large rail at 118" long and it is holding a 58" homemade barn door with ease. The rollers are smooth and the hardware robust. Highly recommend these systems.

  There was a website issue when I 1st attempted to order. I contacted them via e-mail, received two responses, 1st response day of to acknowledge the issue, 2nd on the next day to inform me it had been corrected. The order arrived promptly, unfortunately I wasn't home to accept delivery. I received an email from homeslidingsystems immediately informing me of this, and my options of pickup or redelivery. I have not installed the product yet, but they appear to be very customer oriented, so my rating is based on their customer service so far
