  It took a while before I was ready to install the tracks due to the construction going slower than anticipated. Once the construction was dus far advanced that I could install the track it was a breeze and they work exeptionaly well.

  Delivery was good, but instructions were a mix. I purchased one unit to try it out and made all my mistakes on it, spoke with the company about my problem, it would be a good idea to include the purpose of some of the screws and bolts, for example on the tracking wheels, it would have made my install easier it I had know the purpose of the screw and bolt, once it was explained to me, I had no problems completing the installation and then ordering the other three units, The finished look is a clean modern line, without the feeling of being heavy that I found with other barn door hardware.

  Excellent service, good turnaround and I received exactly what I needed for my project involving hardware and track for four 3’ bypass panels ( originally bifolds) in a 12’ opening. The purpose was to hide a washer, dryer, chest freezer and fridge, but to provide ready and easy access. The rollers were perfect and roll easily. I used 12’ of aluminum u channel 11/4’’on the floor to track the doors using a routed groove in the bottom of each door panel.

  Ordering, delivery and website - all great! The system - had some problems. We watched the videos and read the instructions exhaustively. Found when we went to install that the spring pin at the top (closet doors) allowed only about 2mm of tolerance. And between that and the bottom pin tolerance it was a real bear to install - only to find that the other pin at the top required a 1/2 inch clearance. So it was literally mathematically impossible. Also the formula in the instructions didn’t work either. We had to add a wooden cross piece additionally on our ceiling due to overly short cutting of ours doors due to this formula. Frustrating!!! A solid and good system but some tolerance and math issues for sure. The video seems to show a lot more tolerances for installation. Felt a little led down the garden path. Got it done but spent 4x longer than should have. Many fixes and adjustments required to get there.

  I am very happy with the product and the support I received from the company. The tracks were delivered quickly and came with all supporting hardware and instructions. It's much higher quality than builder hardware that came with my closet doors. Only one glitch, I had to recut the aluminum tracks to fit my closets. Hacksaw did the job with a miter box. Some minor problems receiving the order confirmation at first, but the communications with Chloe were prompt and helpful.

  I just installed your double track hardware for some custom made oak doors. Excellent product and it made installing my doors a breeze. My only complaint would be the Phillips style screws provided. As I was using a hardwood, the screws can strip easily despite pre-drilling the holes. I personally would recommend a Robertson screw head.

  A wonderful product. A little expensive though. Must carry measurements in imperial and metric and print instructions in a little bigger font size. Even You tube installation video there should be some real audible instructions not just background music which will make easy to grasp for not so tech savy. Thanks

  My small order was handled efficiently by Homeslidingsystems.ca. Their shipper, Nationex, considers, according to its website, the we live in "the rest of Canada" (i.e. not Quebec or Ontario). Tracking essentially stops after the message "Parcel handed to partner - In transit to final destination", somewhat annoying since delivery was later than announced.
