Verified reviewWell engineered and instructions were good but not great. Wooden header was shorter than the metal rail which resulted in me needing to undo and redo some work. Also, I suggest making the opening about an 1/2"-1" larger than recommended to prevent the door hiding the frame when opening and to accommodate fine tuning with the door stoppers (which are great).

Verified reviewI needed barn door hardware for a gate into my backyard. The opening into the backyard was more narrow than most, and leant itself to a sliding rather than a swinging door. The hardware that was available through the big box stores was largely for indoor applications. I received the hardware from slid-up very quickly. Their online support info was clear and helpful. And I, a 62 year old, somewhat handy woman, was able to install my gate in an afternoon and a bit of adjustment the next day. Thanks so much for a very good product. I love my gate.

Verified reviewI had an awful experience. The customer service manager should be replaced. He is rude and mean. This is no behavior to have in any position. A piece broke up assembly and he denied replacing it and I had to fight with him to have it done. This is ridiculous behavior. His attitude towards others is really bad and your company should really really ashamed of his interactions with costumers. He made me hate ever giving your company my business. At one point I wished I had never bought the sliding door hardware at all. That’s not what customer service managers are for usually. Usually they are able to keep the situation calm instead of saying ignorant things to upset the customer. He really needs to grow up and not act like a child when responding to customer emails. My first email response to him told Him he should have had a coffee before he responded to emails in the morning because it was so poorly done. It attacked me for a late purgatory delivery. This whole experience has lost any future business I may have ever given you. Not that the piece is replaced my dole works amazingly and I love the hardware. To bad I have nothing but negativity left for your company. Good product. Really shitty staff that needs to obviously be retrained and taught how to appropriately handle their workload. You would think at such a high price point your employees would have to knowledge on have to deal with defects appropriately. You guys are by far the cheapest out there. I really did honestly expect more from your company.

Verified reviewI did not find the product I ordered when I first used the website, but when I was ready to order I found what I needed. I wish the sizing on the website would have included the width of doors they will accommodate. I ordered too long of the rails for the doors and opening I had.

Verified reviewHello, the track and rollers are good but the door glides that attach to the floor were useless.They couldn't be fastened when the doors were in place and the doors wouldn't go on if they were fastened previous, I had to make my own.

Verified reviewI’m sure the product is fine, but if it doesn’t work in your space, you can’t return it because the cost of shipping such a big package costs more than the item. It’s too bad because I hate to have to use amazon.
