  Packaged in a beautiful box and samples of other luxurious Sisley samples. I chose 2, and I am so grateful but one more would be helpful for the customers and the brand. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t have purchased the product. The samples make you want the full size!

  The best things about shopping on Sisley's website are that for one, you are not "pressured" into buying items like you are at a department store and can browse at your leisure. Second, when you do make a purchase on the website, they have excellent timely and quick delivery service. The big plus is that they are very generous with samples.

  Great products and nicely presented on website. I personally would love more information on products. I would like to know what skincare products to use in what order etc. The kind of info that is probably presented in the videos. I like to read the info rather than tune in to a web seminar or view a video. Watching the makeup videos are more appropriate for viewing than applying skincare. Makeup application is more of an art, applying skincare is straightforward and requires more knowledge relating to order of application and what products produce what results.

  Compared to other luxury cosmetic brands, this company's customer service is nonexistent. It is designed to protect the company's interest, while not caring about consumer end experience. It reminds me of Macys customer service line during busy times, only you are paying a 100x more. Any Returns/exchanges are not hassle free. You must repackage and make a trip to a shipping office to return, no UPS or FedEx pickup, and they must receive and inspect prior to accepting return/exchange. They can decide they disagree and keep both the product and your money. Returns and exchanges due to manufacturing defects are still made the customer 's responsibility. Over 10+ years, I have found overall sisley products to be very nice, which I expect them to be given the price tag. However, they are prone to rancidity and inconsistency, and that combined with the hassle you go through to get an exchange is why I hesitate to continue giving them my business. Definitely do not feel valued as a customer, despite the high end luxury tag.
