  It would be really wonderful to choose (for example) a lipstick and see recommendations for a matching lip liner and even a lipstick brush. I very much appreciate seeing the lipstick on people of different colour.

  The experience was not great. Waited 4 weeks for my items to be received. Sisley Paris being just a prestigious brand should have overnighted my purchase. Spending so much money and if you try to call to speak to a representative you cannot get anyone to answer. No one returns your calls so why have the voicemail set up to leave your name and number. I will probably spend my money on another brand that does care about their customer.

  Normally I would not purchase a feel good product online such as make-up so it would be to Sisley's advantage if they showed more of an example of the colors and how true to their color they are in order to persuade me more into taking a chance on such a costly purchase.

  The site offers good deals and email communications are good. Would like information for different age groups such as morning and evening daily routines. The tutorials are detached and uninformative. The models are young and have perfect skin. There is only brief information on the skin issues the products address. There is no information on coordinating makeup such as eye shadow and lip color.

  Fabulous and exquisite brand is Sisley , my wife fell in love with the 2 fragrances that I bought for her and She is thanking to collect all the perfumes that the brand has, but just one complain is that Sisley doesn't share samples frorr the perfumes in the way we can tester and and buy it without to have to buy samples in other places. Really happy

  I had issues initially whereby my order was cancelled and no one from sisley had contacted me as to why it was cancelled. If I didnt follow up on my order, i would not know that it was cancelled. Luckily customer service was great and very helpful. So five stars for turning a bad experience into a good one.

  I love the ease of shopping Sisley-Paris.com. The product descriptions and photos are excellent. The videos are super helpful, and I've even learned a few application tricks from them. My orders have all been completed in a timely manner, have arrived quickly, and have been packaged well and true to brand.
