  I love sisley products but often the deals on the website arent clear how to get and it doesnt automatically get added. Like a 500+ spending was supposed to gift 2 cleansing products but i could never figure out how to add the promo. There was no chat or customer service available either.

  It smells amazing, and after 2-3 weeks of constant use my skin looks great. I got that glow and even tone of the skin. I use it in the evening after I apply retinol. I would definitely recommend this!

  The cleansing balm is gentle and effective. Removes eye makeup also. I am on my second tub. The tinted sunscreen (spf 30) in #1 perfectly matches my skin tone , prevents sun damage and is non irritating. No red rashes after usage either. I am extremely sensitive to sunscreen and have tried everything in all price ranges. This is worth the money.

  Tried other Brand name skincare. Came back to Sisley-Paris skincare because it's the best! Plant based and gentle on my sensitive skin. Sisleya smells beautiful and does what I would expect it would do. My skin looks and feels younger. Worth the splurge and lasts long. Won't buy any other brand!

  After years of struggling to find the "ideal" light face foundation (nude/natural look but with coverage) -- Phyto-Teint Nude sold me! This is my second bottle and I love it! Constant compliments on how it looks so radiant and natural! BTW the Hair Mask is top-notch!! My hair is highlighted blonde and gray with natural remnants and this is a treat to it. I have tried numerous products, but best to spend a little more $ and get the best there is!

  I was shade matched by an employee. When I tried it, the shade was completely wrong for me! Sisley doesn’t allow you to exchange once opened. You would think if this is their policy that their shade matching would be much better. Now I am stuck with a bottle of a shade I cannot use, and out of $95–not to mention, the wasted space it occupies. This is the makeup purchase that I most regret! The formula is dry and doesn’t spread easily. I was not fond of the smell and the ingredients include dimethicone and talc. I really wish someone had told me to skip this! Horrible customer service and horrible product!

  Great experience with buying Sisley thru their website. I rarely shop online because I live in an area with lots of stores/malls and prefer to buy in person and like getting the latest info on new products from sales associates. But, in my area the stores that carry Sisley have dwindling stock and I don't go to NYC anymore. So when I saw some nice deals on their recent sale I placed an order for their L'integral eye cream/eye contour mask set, the best eye cream ever. It was the fastest free shipping ever, placed an order on Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered by noon Friday. Packaged securely in a nice Sisley box with some nice samples added. Constant, accurate communication. Would purchase from their site again.

  I was so delighted to find this sale happening just when I wanted to try out one of Sisley’s beautiful eyeshadows.. i also picked up one of the new lip colors that I’m loving. Got a few samples that I liked so much, it prompted me to place another order for the hair oil! Lovely silky fragrant oil that I was really pleased and happy to get on sale!!

  I have a difficult time ordering from your website. When I try and order something with color choices I have to click numerous times to get the color choice I want. When I click on the color I want the site chooses a different color. If I click several times on the color choice above the one I want eventually it will land on the color I want. This is extremely frustrating, because of this I usually only order from your website during sales. I order Sisley products from other websites because they’re much easier to use.

  I love all Sisley products for myself, and I am also looking for youth products for my teenage daughter. I rather pay one time good price for a product that is working than buy multiple cheaper products that actually damage your skin. Shipping is always quick, beautiful packaging and great products. I would also love Sisley to resume the monthly complimentary shipment of sample products they had it before COVID. That was really helpful to choose a new product good for you or other family member.

  I wish there was more offerings in mini sizes - that’s what they do at Sephora. Sometimes I don’t want to commit to a huge jar of cream if I don’t even know if I will like it.   Great products. Great customer service. However, there are weird things on the website. I could find some deals while searching for a specific product, but not in the section for deals and gift sets. They kept using an address I previously sent a gift to. Once for shipping and once for billing. Hope this purchase gets to me! But I will still use their products and get them from either here or another higher end store. I would abandon this brand based on the website experience, but that’s how good their products are.
