  Anna was absolutely amazing today! I was highly stressed out with a client due to come in that had never been in my office before. I had already talked to 3 other people before her who all 'assured me my software would work going forward and they were good at what they do' Anna actually took the time listened and had to redo some of the work. She actually solved the problem and it has worked so far since she had fixed it. Not once did she reassure me it would work or mention how good at her job she is when she was the best one that looked at it! When I call for tech support in the future she is definitely the one I will be asking for.
