  Vanessa Livingston is an awesome asset to Manago Tax Service. When I was looking for a tax software, Vanessa was there to guide me in the right direction. I called Sigma Tax to purchase the most expensive software, but she advised me with me being new to the Tax industry to try the cheaper software package to see if I like it before purchasing the most expensive one. From day one Vanessa has been there to answer any questions I had and assist me during the tax season.   I usually don't do the surveys. However, I wanted to rave about my support tech, who's name was Grace. She was most helpful and patient! I have gotten support in the pass but as her name is, so was she. Not only did she offer a solution, she also tested and verified with the Software service partner to ensure that her solution would continue to work in the future (A forward thinker!). Grace is the type of person I love to hire at our firm.

  OMG - I wish I had more stars to pick from - totally would give 50/50!! Mr. Luke Darwish was a ROCK STAR GEM tonight. He spent almost 2 hours it felt like with us setting us up and answering all of our questions. I LOVE finding ROCKSTAR IT people - honestly I spoke with 3 people and they were LAZY!! I spoke with Luke this morning and remembered his name - asked the last person to transfer me to Luke when she said STP could not assist me. But, LUKE - got the GOLD star!   I had somewhat of a heavenly experience with Eve. She was as usual a very good and patient representative. I am experiencing a very sad time in my life. She, as she helped me with my download, all through the process Eve kept assuring me that she would help me with whatever I needed.   Darius was the absolute professional in helping me to solve an issue that frustrated me for 2 days. He was thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was willing to do whatever it took to solve the issue and was ultimately successful in doing so.Darius went through a number of steps before resolving the issue and what was most impressive since I've only experienced with one other tech rep is that he kept communicating with me during the process. I wasn't placed on hold for 40-50 minutes (as is the norm). Instead, he checked in at regular intervals to inform me of what was going on. In short, Darius did an excellent job in ensuring my issue was resolved to my satisfaction, while maintaining a friendly professional attitude. He should be commended for the excellent job he's doing.ThanksEaston

  I had a very bad experience with Travis on 3-12-21. Over 5 hours of being on hold and he had messed things up worse than they were when he started. George answered when I called on 3-13-21. In one hours time George was able to fix all of the errors from the night before and actually completed what I had called about in the first place on 3-12-21. George knows what he is doing and probably saved you a client! George is the best!!!!
