  I had somewhat of a heavenly experience with Eve. She was as usual a very good and patient representative. I am experiencing a very sad time in my life. She, as she helped me with my download, all through the process Eve kept assuring me that she would help me with whatever I needed. She assisted in my computer issues and most importantly, she helped my spirit. At this time of year I needed her on the other end of that line. I’m sure I would have had a positive experience with another representative, I always do. I just want to thank Eve for being the one that was there.   Darius was the absolute professional in helping me to solve an issue that frustrated me for 2 days. He was thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was willing to do whatever it took to solve the issue and was ultimately successful in doing so.Darius went through a number of steps before resolving the issue and what was most impressive since I've only experienced with one other tech rep is that he kept communicating with me during the process. I wasn't placed on hold for 40-50 minutes (as is the norm). Instead, he checked in at regular intervals to inform me of what was going on. In short, Darius did an excellent job in ensuring my issue was resolved to my satisfaction, while maintaining a friendly professional attitude. He should be commended for the excellent job he's doing.ThanksEaston

  I had a very bad experience with Travis on 3-12-21. Over 5 hours of being on hold and he had messed things up worse than they were when he started. George answered when I called on 3-13-21. In one hours time George was able to fix all of the errors from the night before and actually completed what I had called about in the first place on 3-12-21. George knows what he is doing and probably saved you a client! George is the best!!!!
