  I had a problem. I made a phone call to your customer support and I spoke with Jessie. She did a wonderful job. She didn't have all the info/tools at the beginning, she had to hung up, but she CALLED me back really quickly. She finished her job, while I was waiting in the line. She was nice, even when I jump on the screen and did something wrong. I work with people. I know how hard is to find a person that is going to work with a client, and sometimes a 'mean client', and keep the level of services like Jessie did. I think that you guys have to do whatever to keep her there. I even talked to a supervisor and I gave a piece of advice: GIVE HER A RAISE! Don't need to be too much, maybe a 85% raise is going to be good enough. This was my first time calling for support, and I'm impressed.Thank you Jessie. You are the best.

  Robert is Awesome! I was leaving the software and going to Crosslinks but he was convincing and a Hell of a sales person. In addition, to him caring about the me he went above and beyond.   Kelly was awesome!!!! She had a solution for my work from home office as I slowly transition into my new office. I signed a new lease weeks before covid-19.Through Cross Clink my business has grown and turned 95% remote. Thank Vanessa Livingston. But, I have set up minimum appointments at the new location. Kelly was amazing. She installed my software and setup an offline version. She took the time to pull a test file. She empowered me by educating me on the process of transferring and retrieving the file. I can now work on a minimum basis out of the house and e-file from a remote location.As always, I am pleased to be a customer of STP. You all are amazing. Kelly had a solution for me, implemented it, and taught me how to use it. She even planted a seed of how I can transition into a network once I move back into the physical office. Thanks Kelly!!!

  I honestly don't think I could have gotten threw this terrible day without her. I had a situation where a client suspected fraudulent activity due to the bank product account number being shown on thier return instead of the tax payer. Mia not only went beyond the duty of her job, she exceeded all expectations. A true personification of patience, professionalism, communication and moral. For this, I will reccomend Sigma Tax Pro to every tax preparer. Thank you so much Mia.
