  Probably the best company I’ve ever had service my a/c. Fast service and great communication! My tech, Nicolas was very professional and truly cared about getting my a/c up and running for the comfort of myself and my dog. Highly recommend and will use for all my HVAC needs!

  Called Service Today! for a fix on shower because there was no running hot water. Jeff came to the house earlier than scheduled and was very informative. He sat and told me in detail about all of the hazards my house has, from the heater to the faucets to the outdoor systems. $409 is a little much for a diagnostic but I am thankful to know about the hazards within my house. I believe it is in their best interest to do a not only a good job but also to do it safely. Pricing to fix everything was just way above my budget.

  Hudson did a nice job diagnosis issues with our A/C unit and being direct about parts/repair costs. The company as a whole was prompt answering our request for service, and we will certainly use them as needed in the future.

  Jon replaced my laundry room faucet. He was very professional and very thorough. He informed me of items I should resolve sooner rather than later. ?? I was also able to get an appointment the very next day. Miriam in the office was also very helpful in setting up my appointment.

  I was very happy with Service Today and Nick in particular! My furnace went out n Wednesday morning. After trying some simple rfixes myself, it was clear I needed to call in the professionals. That's when I called Service Today. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and very helpful. I was fortunate that they were able to come out on Wednesday afternoon already! Nick called 30 minutes before he arrived which was at the beginning of the quoted time. When he arrived, he very quickly determined that it was a bad pressure switch that needed to be replaced. He continued to look at my system and determined that there were static pressure and amerage issues. He was able to take care of all of it that afternoon. He even ran to a neighboring suburb to get the switch and came back! That's above and beyond! He also installed a surge protector on my furnace as well but had to return early the next day to do that. Overall, I am extremely happy with Service Today and with my service tech Nick! Thanks Nick!

  Ryan J replaced our very old, leaking laundry tub faucet and associated washing machine supply faucets for us. He was very professional , knowledgeable. and pleasant to work with. He did an outstanding job. Best of all, it was same day service from my inquiry on the Angi website to his visit to appraise and quote the necessary repairs, returning several days later with the required parts to complete the repair.   Dylan and the crew did a great job of replacing my service panel. They chose a high quality panel and included all new labeling for the breakers.   I had a full system installed back in January and have been thoroughly enjoying my new furnace but the other day my thermostat went dark and my heat stopped working. After calling them on a Saturday they had Jake out within an hour and he did a thorough diagnostic and found the issue, a small nick in the low voltage wire. He repaired the problem and because it was an installation issue I didn’t have to pay for the diagnostic. They really stand behind their work! I was impressed at Jakes respect for my home, my time and my concerns. I’m glad I got my system from Servicetoday and Jake was so pleasant and professional.Just had an electrical inspection performed by Kiefer who was very thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was impressed with their honest care about the safety and reliability of my electrical system.

  The service technician was really knowledgeable, professional and responsive! He answered all of my questions thoroughly. A new furnace motor needed to be installed. He worked hard to locate the replacement part / motor and did the installation quickly. He made sure it was working properly before he left. He stayed late to finish the job. My expectations were exceeded! He also scheduled my ductwork cleaning for July. Great job! He made it a positive experience.

  The service was excellent from the initial call to repairing my hvac. All involved were friendly and professional. My heat went out, and I called In the evening and was able to schedule service the next day. Hudson figured out the issue, explained it clearly and got it fixed quickly. I would not hesitate to call again for service again. I highly recommend this company.

  These guys came out on Christmas Eve (!) and took care of an major electrical issue. They were prompt, courteous and were able to explain everything in layman's terms. We will not be calling anyone else for these kinds of issues in the future and will refer them to anyone we can.

What I did have was an inspection of my Plumbing and the guy "Jon B "did a great job explaining to me the repairs that I need done and the prices and he was very professional. sufficient and organized as always good service from this company I give you 5 stars thank you so much will see you guys soon.

  We contacted this company because our furnace went out later in the evening in January at the start of a Minnesota winter. Not sure who we originally talked to on the phone but she was very professional, helpful, and asked a lot of questions to better access the problem with our furnace. Jake S. did an amazing job and was upfront about all costs and problems he detected. He was very informative and explained the issues with our furnace thoroughly and without being pushy so we could make an informed decision of what we wanted to do. Great company! Would highly recommend!

  Very responsive for an initial weekend call for an indoor pipe leak with a temporary remedy. Second visit the repair and addition contracted work was completed. Andy and Lucas were very professional, courteous and careful. Andy is a great communicator, explaining the what and why of work being done questions were welcomed and responded to.   I had a stubborn Moen shower cartridge that was leaking and I could get it removed to replace it and we had family coming to visit the next day. I was able to get an appointment the following morning. JON came out and was able to remove it for us. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up after the job was. Completed. It was more than I wanted to pay but prices and gas are higher these days so that is to be expected. I would use again I'd need plumbing help.

  Luke showed up to inspect my furnace. He found a few issues, explained them clearly and in detail with accompanying photos. He suggested several options to improve the system and explained how each work and recommended the one I would have picked anyway. Good communication and accommodating attitude.   Nick came to inspect the furnace. He was incredibly kind, professional, and detailed pertinent information regarding my general inquisitions. Used these guys a couple times already before this instance, and they always deliver with consistent quality, knowledgeability and professionalism. Pricing is high but they finance if needed.   I had Andy come out today (Sunday afternoon) to inspect a water leak that I had. I received excellent service! Andy was very thorough, honest, credible, intelligent, very friendly and easy to talk to! He was more than happy to help with my water leak and went above and beyond to make sure this leak gets resolved! 10/10 recommend this company and Andy!!

  Ryan, our technician, came out and diagnosed the issue and came back according to our schedule to complete the repair. He always calls at least 15 minutes before he arrives and works very efficiently. He is friendly and easy to work with. We recommend Service Today for any heating/cooling/plumbing/electrical repairs or service.

  By chance I found this Company and their service man Dan.We hit the Jackpot! Timely,Very Professional, and quite the Tradesmen.We had lost power at noon and tried too get ahold of the Electric Company all afternoonbut the line was busy busy and busy. I got in touched around 3:30 with them and was told that there was no Outage in my area and was told that I needed to call an Electrician. Wellnow I found this Company and set up an appointment. It was Very Cold with No HeatAnd two hours after I called Dan showed upto figure out why we had no power.Well not only did Dan figure it out but also found other troubling issues as well.

  Tyler and Nate (I believe that was his name) came today to give us an estimate on installing some plugs into a room and a diagnostic on some other issues. They showed up right on time (within their 3 hr window) and were very professional. Tyler was very detailed on his explanations of our issues and fixes, and made it easier for us to understand. He gave us as many options as he could to complete the tasks we asked for (which compiled as the day went on and he didn't even flinch!), and made us feel it would be done correctly and safely. We never felt pressured to do anything outside of what we asked for or to pay for anything we didn't request. As for the technicians, top notch! We ended our day with a bigger project planned of fixing multiple issues, so we haven't recieved the service yet but will be sure to update once completed!

  Luke was prompt and courteous. He explained what he was going to do in a way that was easy to understand. Luke did a diagnosis of the furnace problem and told me what my options were. I am very happy with the service I received from him.

  Ryan Johnson came for diagnostic work - we thought we had a leak from our dishwasher hose but weren’t sure. Ryan spent time carefully and thoroughly investigating. Turned out the problem was a dishwasher malfunction, not a plumbing problem. Ryan was courteous and very professional. I will definitely use this business again and will recommend it to others.

  I had a bit of an emergency- I was overly confident in my ability to change a ceiling fan. Dave came over within a few hours and was able to explain how my old house would make changing a fan a difficult task for a non-professional. I am so glad I got a professional to do the job correctly and safely!

  Hudson York and his apprentice were so helpful and kind! I have a unique hearing set-up that I’m not very familiar with and Hudson took the time to explain my heating systems as well as made sure I had the correct department come and assist with my electric floor boards. Thank you Hudson and Apprentice! I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be a repeat customer!

  We have used Service Today to service our furnace, do some electrical panel work and replace 2 toilets. Every time we work with them scheduling is easy, the technicians arrive on time, explain everything to me and the quality of the work is outstanding. I am very happy with their services. No one likes paying for home repairs, but we know we get good service and good quality. Highly recommend.

  Andy is professional, courteous and friendly. I knew I was in good hands within minutes of his arrival. We had a pipe burst in our basement which is never a fun experience to go through but Andy quickly diagnosed the issue and helped us to feel comfortable it (likely) wouldn’t happen again once all issues have been addressed.   Service Today were very quick to respond, specially after a holiday weekend of not being able to use the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Garvin, the tech that carried out the repair, was not only helpful and quick to identify and solve the issue but more importantly did it with a smile and great customer service. Next time I need a plumber, I’m calling Service Today and requesting Garvin.

  Just had some regular maintenance done on my HVAC and Christian was so awesome, asked what I had expected from the visit, explained everything that was being done, and even took some time at the end to give me a tutorial on my thermostat (their own product) I have had for three years which had some really cool extra features that I had not known about. Great and cordial service! Would recommend!
