  David was respectful, courteous and pleasant.Explained options but was not pushy about trying to get me to agree to more expensive services.Gave me information that allowed me to restore my electricity immediately by pushing a button. At the same time he made it clear that it would be wise to have a thorough inspection of my electrical system throughout the house.I did not want to invest more money at this point in time but if I had further issues I would trust the competence of this company.

  Tom with Seevice Today! was exactly what I needed! He took a stressful situation and broke it into management pieces.   Brandon W from Service Today! completed an air conditioner inspection this afternoon. He was on time, and he was both friendly and professional. He took his time explaining the results of the inspection and his recommendations for my somewhat older unit. I trust his work and his recommendations to increase system performance.   Jake Sponsling of Service Today was outstanding. He was very patient and thorough, and willing to work extra hard to make a difficult light fixture work in my space. The work was very fast and he was professional, neat, and cleaned up and removed old fixtures. I will use Service Today again in the future and hope to get Jake again or someone just as good!

  Andy worked very hard, under difficult conditions, to clear my entire drain line. But with a 41 year old manufactured home, and a substandard, misaligned, 3-way pipe junction in the way. we failed to reach the main blockage. Just as 2 other service providers had failed.But the next day Andy brought back a very experienced "Service Today!" plumber, at no additional charge.After the plumber identified, and analyzed the form of, the peculiar piping junction, they found access to the blockage of my entire sewage system. Within a few tries, with a nicely flexible 5/16 power auger, they cleared a mass of fine tree roots, to fully open my drain system.I am much relieved! Thank You "Service Today!"James Rosenthal

  We had a water leak late Friday night around 10:35pm. The water leak was coming from the fire sprinkler and from one of the light fixtures on the roof of our kitchen.and later the leak went from a trickle to a huge pour and we could not locate the source. We shut off the water main but that didn’t help, the leak continued. It became an emergency and we called over 9 24/7 emergency plumbing companies around us and none of them could come out to help for one reason or the other.The earliest time a couple of them could come was next Monday. We eventually got through to this company and Andy responded to our plea for help. He asked a lot of empathetic questions over the phone to assess the situation and asked that we shut off the main water supply and we told him we already did.The water leak had stopped by the time he arrived and he quickly got to work and investigated the situation and concluded the leak was coming from the unit next to us. He recommended and connected us to a water repair person before leaving.Andy was on time and very professional. He was conscientious and empathetic. His customer service was exceptional and consequently I recommend him and his company any day and I plan on using them for all my service needs going forward. Thanks Andy!!

Decided to accept his recommendation to upgrade my 60 year old fuse box and all the outlets and switches. / The job is now complete and my thanks to Nick and his team Dylan and Brett who did a great job.//. Also had Service Today rebuild the furnace to improve the static pressure.   I had an electrical issue that caused me to lose power to my AC, as well as my kitchen lights and appliances. Upon realizing that the repair was beyond my scope of understanding, I found Service Today and read the glowing reviews. Once I contacted them, they gave me options for same day service and they sent out one of their repair technicians (Dave). Not only did Dave call when he was on his way but before doing anything, he asked what my main concerns were and he gave me upfront pricing. Dave was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Furthermore, he did exactly what he said he would with no hidden fees or surprise charges. I will absolutely seek Dave’s assistance with all future electrical repairs in our home and I could not be happier with the outcome.

  We had a few outlets that always tripped, and a couple that weren’t working anymore. We had called a few other places and were treated rudely, and told we needed to reset the GFCI. Dave came out, located a few problems, showed us the pictures of the broken outlets and meter readings, and got everything resolved for us. Very thorough and easy to work with!

  They were able to fit me in quickly to repair my AC on a hot, hot day. Scheduler was friendly and easy to work with, and they were the only company that answered after hours and was able to schedule me. The repair technician Mike was incredibly professional. He arrived on time and was clear in his communication. It probably wasn't the cheapest but I felt I was in good hands. So happy to have my AC back.

  My A/C wasn't working properly so I called Service today. Mike L. Was the technician who helped me. He was polite, informative and thorough. He definitely had the right tools and technology for the job. He took his time to make sure he was confident that the repair was complete before leaving my house.   We are very pleased with the work done by Matt, the Technician who came to our home to repair our AC. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Before he started the work Matt did an initial exam of our AC unit, advised what he thought the issue might be and fully explained what his plans were before he started the diagnostics. Once the diagnostics were complete he again provided a detailed explanation of how he would repair the AC and the cost. In addition, he noticed other issues that we needed to be aware of and gave us options if we wanted to pursue the repair of those issues. We never felt like he was trying to up sell us for anything. We were very, very satisfied with the work he did. We definitely recommend Matt and Service Today.

  Mike Lemke was the service tech and he was very thorough and professional. Very enjoyable to work with. He checked every aspect of my a.c. unit and offered advice. I am very satisfied.   I needed to update an outdated AC unit in my home and called Service Today. Kevin took the time to assess the unit and provide multiple options. The scheduling process was very quick and easy.   I am thrilled with the service I received. Paul, the tech, was so kind and patient with me. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was polite and respectful of my home. I think he went above and beyond what I was expecting. He spent the time, in the 90 degree heat to sit outside and wait for the circuit to trip. I would love to recommend this company. I had a bit of sticker shock, but my a/c is working, and I can run more than one appliance at a time. He totally solved the problem . Thank you.

  Dylan from Service Today did a wonderful job of fixing and installing electrical circuits in my kitchen. His work was excellent!! He was able to diagnose quite a number of electrical problems and fix them completely. He crawled through the attic to drop new wiring down and installed circuit breakers. The kitchen wiring is now up to code and there are no more problems with tripping a circuit breaker when 2 cooks are in the kitchen. He reviewed the work with me before he left and provided pictures of the completed work. Dylan was assisted by Luke. I would absolutely work with Dylan again!!

  Called about a leaky faucet and they had a technician at my house in about 3 hours. Another company was scheduled to come the day before but postponed service for 2 more days. Very pleased with the prompt response time. I even received a call from the technician regarding his arrival time. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.   I cannot say enough good things about Service Today! After getting bids from 7 electrical contractors after buying a home that had a house fire ... we chose to go with Service Today which was by far the most expensive (21K for the work we needed done - outdoor security, all new fixtures, new outlets, new creamer box, code compliance reports, etc.) BUT beyond exceeded our expectations. David showed up went through their licensing, bonding and insurance leaving you feel like you were not only in good hands but you were getting the quality you paid for. He was there for 7 hours calling the inspector, going through every outlet and every detail of the home to make sure it was safe, secure and the bid included everything - the FIRST TIME. On Tuesday July 6th, 2021 at 7 AM 6 electricians showed up to rewire our entire home with the permit - They gathered in the living room, went through the strategy, started execution, wore booties to protect the new hard wood floors and carpet, were incredibly respectful of the tools on the furniture, very careful not to break anything and put everything back in place. These guys care about every single detail. One of our bathroom fixtures was missing 2 small gold screws. They went and got 2 small gold screws. They asked which color of fan blades we wanted up and down. They vacuumed, dusted and picked up every where they were. I've been in business 15 years and am 100% willing to spend more money on higher levels of service - Service Today will be our go to provider for all of our properties in the Twin Cities! It was the first time we used them and certainly not the last. You can expect communication, high levels of care, professionalism, non-pushy sales / service went far, far above and beyond what I expected of any electrical company. All 6 guys did an incredible job and although they were 7K more than their competition (Early Bird) they are 100% worth the peace of mind and quality of work you get.

  I called on Saturday, July 3, later in the day, fully expecting that if I actually spoke with a real person that I wouldn’t get an appointment for a few weeks out. Much to my surprise and relief a real person answered and lined me up with the next appointment. Some time went by and I started to resolve myself to thinking surely no one would still be making it out today. I called back and was assured that I was the next call. The technician, Luke, did show and I could see it had been a busy and long day for him. Even so he was extremely kind, professional and thorough. He was good with our dogs and also the pre-4th of July festivities taking place at our home. The unit will need a special order part so it is not yet fully repaired but Luke got it to function well enough to keep us cool until we meet again on Tuesday.
