  They respected my home, when they leave, they clean up after themselves. They respect my time to think over the prices, and does a thorough job. They tell you every detail anx will give you the prices before they do any work to see if you agree. They won't pressure you if you don't want to do the project right away. They were awesome.

  Tom K. Did a fantastic overall inspection of my furnace system. Showed me a lot, told me a lot . Prompt, curtious, respectful . I watched the whole process with questions and answers.   I like that Andy let me know about various potential issues in my old house, but without putting on a hard sell to address every minor issue. Instead, he gave me the info I needed to determine what was a priority for a more immediate repair, and what I could keep an eye on going forward.

  Our experience with Andy, our ""personal plumber"" from their Original Plumbing Guyswill always and FOREVER remain our ""go-toguys!"" He always puts a smile on my face, and a tickle in my soul to see & hug him!Yes, these fellas are the BEST OF THE BEST!When we 1st moved into our home 15 yrs ago, a fellow named Brian and his (then) little boy were putting fliers into our mailbox. Well, the rest is history!?ü•? They have been there for us over & over again. I am proud to consider them my friends! I especially LOVE me some Andy...and I'm a happily married lady!   My journeyman electrician was extremely knowledgeable. I was happy with the overall outcome. I learned a few things. I am not thrilled with ServiceToday sales approach. The book prices for types of services seem high. It had been awhile since we last had an electricial service in our home.Glad I had a professional figure out the issue for our ceiling outlet and light.

  The service person was polite and didn’t pressure me to decide on doing anything. He showed me a variety of options and financing plans.   Aaron made me feel like I was in good hands from the moment he arrived. He kept me informed during the whole process and did an outstanding job on our electrical project. Excellent service and hospitality. I highly recommend this company and technician. AJ assisted Aaron on day two and was an excellent addition to the project. He showed up ready to work. Jumped right in and did an amazing job when it came to putting the pavers back in place and helping to find the source of our electrical problem. He assured me that I had received great work and that my electrical problem had been solved. I have come into contact with 4 technicians at this company and I am very impressed with the service provided. Also the price quoted was the price paid.

  Service Today has been to my new home in St Paul Dayton’s Bluff area at least 10 times since I moved in July 2018. I bought an older (1931) fixer upper home. Service Today has done an incredible job over and over again helping me to fix up my new home with great prices, great work and great technicians.   Nick clearly explained the situation with electricity and our 25 year old spec house. We selected the upgrades we wanted and the things required by current law and code. Nick competently and promptly did all the work as hoped and planned which showed how well he had listened and understood our needs. He was so careful with our floors and belongings and cleaned as he worked. We feel our home is safer and certainly brighter because of our help from Nick. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent.

  Mike called to confirm the arrival time, which is always nice. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed with his inspection of our 1 year old air conditioner.He found a problem that wasn’t expect and made sure a replacement was ordered. Dave and Jake came out to the house later the same day for our inspection of the electrical system. They are professional, detailed and very personable. Everything checked out good.   Aaron did a great job of diagnosis and treatment. My air conditioner wasn’t cooling quickly enough and he found that there were seeds blocking the airflow. He cleaned it up for me.

  Such convenient scheduling and the best plumbers and electricians in the cities! Kyle, Paul and Dave are wonderful electricians that have served me. Andy and a couple of others are fantastic plumbers as well! I've used their HVAC twice and have had mixed results (both times had problems but they resolved them fairly).

  Worst customer service we have ever dealt with. We were told we would have to pay $180.00 for them to come out which we were totally prepared for and okay with. The guy shows up to the house and says it will be $300.00 extra to do any type of diagnoses. We were baffled. We sent him on his way and called another place. Paid $180.00 for nothing. Do not waste your money. Anywhere else is better than this place. They are sneaky and sketchy with their pricing.

  I had the most amazing experience with Jake. He was very professional and helpful right from the minute he entered my home.His work was thorough and efficient.   Excellent customer service (provide 24/7 call center) to schedule appointments! They were able to get someone out right away and got the work completed the same day!Trevor, was our technician for our heating performance report and he was awesome! We did have an issue with our motor and it was needing to be replaced. He left my home drove to Plymouth for a part and came back and got the work done!Quality work, quality people, I would definitely recommend Service Today!!

  Was very surprised the $80 service fee was just to come to the door. Have never encountered a policy like that before. We already had an idea of what was wrong with our AC wanted a second opinion of options--the same diagnosis would have cost an extra $250 with Service Today! Pricing was vastly greater than several local competitors. Very nice customer service, but absolutely cannot recommend.

  Friendly Staff. Nice to have a picture and name of tech before he gets here. I like that they tell you things you must fix ASAP, things you should fix soon, and down the road fixes.

  Service today did a very good job at my house I found myself with power surges and spiking power they sent their electrician out and figured out that the problem was with Xcel energy, mercid The electrician was very professional very courteous and very respectful I would not hesitate to use service today again

  Arron has been to my home before and has always done a great job. Today, he called me when he was on his way and arrived within the agreed upon time slot. He always looks and acts very professional. He explained to me what he was going to do. He finished in about 30 to 45 minutes, found the problem and fixed it. Then he sat down with me and explained what he had found and what he did to correct it.

  Mike L. called to confirm the appointment, and arrived right on time. Mike L. remembered our home as he had previously cleaned our air ducts. He did an excellent job there as well. Mike went about thoroughly checking the heating and A/C unit which is about 1 yr. old. Everything is working properly. Mike did an excellent job, and I would recommend him highly for HVAC service work.
