  I have now had multiple transactions with ServerSupply.com and have been very pleased with all of them. Pricing is good, shipping is prompt and delivery is quick. Product has been spot on. The only "fault" would be that on one occasion I couldn't find the product I was looking for on the site but I was sure I had seen it there before. I just used a search engine and got right to what I was looking for.

  The website had a bug and when I added my ship to address it added that onto the end of the billing address, so I didn't get the drive over night like I paid for. They did ship the drive overnight once the error was corrected.

  item ordered was not the item received. picture indicated item was of the beige verity but black item was received. it was the right item, just that the color was misrepresented. this is significant because the black item is readily available from all manner of distributor, but the beige is rare and hard to find and when you do the price is exuberant. this was literally too good to be true as the were advertising the beige but at the black price. well, that's because it was black...

  The site works well and their selection is amazing. The only problem is that sometimes the site doesn't know stock levels and lets you order something that's out of stock. This isn't a huge problem as they immediately call you and figure out how to handle the situation.
