  Product was fine and delivery was fine. The bad came when tried to return the unopened item. Blanket 15% restocking fee. SO for 1000 dollar item it was 150 to put it back on the shelf. A little extreme. Did not even want to talk about it .

  Third order I've placed with them. First two were excellent, no issues, and quicker delivery than I expected. This last order, the cable doesn't work for my server, the photos are too small and cannot be enlarged enough to see the connectors on the ends. This cable came up on my search, so I ordered it. The connectors are not compatible with my server, which I knew as soon as I received them. I sent a support email asking if had a cable with the connector I need, and which part number to order. there were 5 different cables when searching for my server. I never received a response to my email at all. I still have a cable I can't use and since it's been 2 weeks I've ordered it elsewhere. I just want to return it for a refund if anyone will actually get back to me.

  Great communication - they always respond very quickly. Great shipping speed - they always send out my orders very quickly. Amazing selection - they have more server related products (we use Dell exclusively) than any other online choice I've found. Incredible prices - they beat Dell prices almost every time. I actually have even used their prices to get Dell to price-match. When Dell cannot price-match I buy from these guys and I've yet to ever have any issues with any of their New Dell products.   ordered critical server down part on Monday for Tuesday delivery. When it didn't come, i called and they said it hadn't even gone out. It was too late for Tuesday ship, so shipped on Wednesday. Since it was a critical part, and I was already down for 4 days, I asked that it be changed to early morning Thursday delivery. They agreed, but then the UPS tracking showed scheduled delivery late on Thursday, and it came very late in the day. Lost another day.

  Server Supply was very efficient in the ordering process. Shipment arrived sooner than expected. Some equipment today can take up to a month before shipping. Packaging was in excellent condition. I will definitely order my next HA switch from Server Supply.

  Paid via bank transfer with this order (rather than credit card) and everything was difficult. 10 days after the bank transfer was verified, the order still had not shipped. It took sending emails to get the order moving. In fairness, my other orders using credit card worked fine, but they seemed uninterested in keeping our business if we needed to pay via bank transfer.

  Paid extra for next day service. Should have been deliverd on 1/31/23 before 1200. Did not receive item until 2/1/23. Understand there was a local delay at Fedex hub. lot of money for having to wait. Battery came in uncharged. Had to charge it for 48 hours before use. Whould have been nice to know or would have looked for other supplier. System was down for 3 extra days

  I ordered twice from them. Both times the products arrived as described and quickly. My only ding is that both times I though the packaging/padding for shipping was slightly inadequate and I was concerned about potential damage during shipping. I would have given them 4 stars (good rating, but not *great* rating). However, one of my drives scanned with bad sectors from one order. I reached out to them and they responded promptly and repeatedly and handled is super quickly. So, excellent customer service from what I've seen. Bumps them into 5 star territory, but I still wish the orders had slightly better packaging.

Also, customer service was great and very quick to help resolve an issue that was totally my fault, before processing my order.
