  The hosts were lovely people but we had many issues with the RV. Many were due to the prior renters abusing the unit and the quick turn around time in which we had booked it. There was no time for the host to repair the essential elements of the RV which made a huge impact on our holiday.

  The site was relatively easy to navigate to get the booking - and we absolutely endorse our host, he is someone I have already recommended to friends along with the website. However, the 'receiving' and 'returning' reviews call for using an app on a phone - that is a problem for me. I do not want to overload my phone with apps, plus, I hate using it - it is counterintuitive and less clear than mud as to what needs to be done once someone submits to the phone app blackmail bit. It took me multiple tries to actually complete the process successfully - and a lot of frustration along the way. It would go a long way towards enjoying the process of booking from you if it could be done and forms completed easily. As of now, if I go to the website and search how to complete a booking, I get a useless QA bit without any active website links on how to do this. Again - getting to the booking and connecting with our host was 100percent awesome. The back end - not so much.

  My family and I enjoyed our stay at the RV. I met the RV owners, who were very nice in handling the delivery and setting up everything. RVezy is a great website for renting RVs.

  The RV was amazing. The people we booked with great. I’m still waiting on the $500 deposit, where is it? Why is this even a thing. I’m so frustrated. I’ve emailed twice… the app doesn’t always work. I closed out on the app immediately and then continued to get emails for 2 days. In this day and age it should be streamlined and not waste my time

  RVezy USE WITH CAUTION.. I just rented a trailer for a 5 day camping trip. I was charged over $800 for the rental which included a cleaning fee. I booked from a "Super Host" thinking that would be safest. We were wrong. The ad says that the RV comes equipped with everything...cutlery, paper plates, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, cups, etc. and that the fridge can either be run on propane or 120V power. Well, we pick up the trailer and find out the trailer fridge was replaced with a regular fridge - not an rv fridge - so it only runs on 120V which meant we had to run a generator all weekend to keep our food and breast milk cold, as we had our 5 month old baby with us. The RV had nothing it said it would. It had 1 roll of toilet paper - no garbage bags, no paper towel, 3 paper plates, 2 plastic forks. We had to drive into town and spend$300 purchasing everything we needed as well as gas for the generator to keep it running. A week after we returned the trailer the "Super host" sends us a request for an additional $110 saying that we clearly drove on a dirt road so he was charging us for him to get out his pressure washer and wash it saying he thought it was more than fair. I'm sorry but who goes camping and doesn't drive on a dirt road? Shouldn't that be included in the cleaning fee. We were given the option to decline or accept the payment. While we were deciding what to do, the payment was processed. We reached out to RVezy and they told us they would look into it. They responded today saying that since we didn't decline the payment it couldn't be reversed. Then this "Super Host" sent them another email, angry that they used the propane on the trailer. Really!? A camping trip for our family ended up costing us well over $1000 cause of this company and their supposed "Super host"! Clearly they don't vet their hosts very well. Be very careful when using this company! My recommendation would be to avoid it altogether!

  It's a wonderful site to find campers and motor homes for rent. They can come and set it up for you, or you can provide your DL so you can drive it yourself. I enjoyed having the camper set up and taken down; it was so convenient. Easy to choose and deal with the site. Amazing experience.

  I recently rented a camper trailer through RVezy and my experience was mixed. The app itself was quite slow and required me to call multiple times to resolve issues. However, the operator I spoke with was very kind and managed to correct the problems I was having with the app. Unfortunately, my experience with the actual trailer didn't go well. The initial booking was canceled (not RVezy's fault), and dealing with the second trailer was time-consuming and stressful. Despite these issues, I felt safe using RVezy throughout the process. Overall, I won't be using RVezy again due to the hassle I faced. The initial booking cancellation and the ordeal with the second trailer were too stressful. We’ll explore different options for our next trip.

  We found RVEZY app very difficult to navigate through. This was especially true when we tried to follow up with the people we were renting from. There was numerous times when a link would not navigate properly or just wouldn’t work. An example of this is when it said to take pictures of your rental, it would just go to a black screen it would only allow using your photo library which we found intrusive. Navigating through all the ongoing requirements was time consuming and frustrating. There were times when certain emails would go through and others would not, causing confusion between the two rental parties. For the premium charged a customers experience should be hassle free. The people we rented from where absolutely awesome, but dealing with RVEZY was not a great experience and we will probably not use RVEZY again. Was hoping for a better online experience.

  I would surely recommend RVezy to anyone looking to try the RV experience. They will deliver and set up your chosen RV, complete with propane and fresh water, kitchen supplies, towels, sheets, blankets and pillows etc… They will also come take it away at the end of your camping trip. I recently took my grandchildren camping in Virginia, DC area. We flew from MA to Dulles Airport, took Uber to our fully set up RV in Nokesville VA. RV owner Stephen P. was very accommodating, checking in to be sure we were satisfied with his RV. He delivered and picked up RV on time and was easy to work with. RVezy is simple to use, only taking a few minutes to choose and reserve an RV. There’s an RV to meet anyone’s needs on this app. I would recommend RVezy to family and friends or anyone looking fo RV camping experience.

  All info should be expressed and collected at time of booking. Ran into a problem bc “steps” still needed to be done, when that should have been taken care of at time of booking. There should be a voice of insurance especially on a rental of a stationary vehicle. Hundreds of $ in fees, is a bit much, but when you wait to the last minute, that’s what you get. I honestly do not plan to rent an Rv through RVEZY in the future.

  RVEzy is a terrible site and company - do not expect support, assistance, or even decency. Do expect to be pinched for every dime, dollar, and pile of money while being treated rudely if addressed at all. I had a terrible experience with RVEsy and the company they fronted for in an RV rental - an RV that was not fully functional, packages not supplied even partly, abusuive fees, no customer service to speak of, bad communication - I'll never use either again and would save others the stress and pain.

  I found the mobile website confusing and hard to navigate. Go on the laptop or desktop or download the app. Overall an easy and convient concept. The fees can be a little pricey though. Misleading prices per night. RVezy fee is a lot of money, plus the renters can charge whatever they want for additional fees like septic and cleaning, which seemed unfair to me. But overall not a bad experience.

  I had a great experience with renting with Rveasy. It was simple to find what I was looking for and the booking process was smooth. I did have a little trouble with the ID verification but a quick email solved my problem. All around good experience.

  We rented the Pal's Braxton Creek Bushwacker Micro Trailer from Andy and Monica Palfrey. The water did not work. We contacted Andy who offered to come get the trailer and offer a refund however this was our very first night of 10 and we were already hours away from the pick up location and had no other accommodations scheduled for the rest of our road trip. So we had no choice but to keep using the trailer. Andy then offered a discount of the rental price due to the fact that our trailer did not function as advertised. Andy never followed through on a reimbursement even after my several attempts to contact him. Once the trailer was dropped off, he went AWOL. We also had to buy an air mattress to sleep on because he foam bed in the trailer is so thin that we were bruising our hips on the plywood base one the foam pad.

  Had some issues with the App. It wanted me to rent my RV which I don't have. The other thing was to get insurance for the RV that was being delivered and we were not moving it, so why the insurance. They were very good at communication with what was happening with the rental.
