    This is my first time renting a trailer. It was for my sons wedding so I had a million things on my mind that had to be done. I checked on Rvezy, found a trailer and booked it. The process was extremely easy. The man I rented with was incredible! Communication was open and he checked in with me several times to be sure things were ok. He delivered and picked up the trailer and all I had to do was show up. When I arrived he even had the A/C on for me! A couple other people at the wedding had also rented their trailers through Rvezy… guess we should have got a group picture of our trailers 😂. I would definitely rent through Rvezy again and encourage people I know to do the same!

    The hidden fees made the start of the experience not great. Had a specific rate shown for delivery and fees and the per night rate and once you got to the last screen it jumped up $200! Having full transparency on pricing from the start would have been better.

    The pictures we saw from the Campervan which was on the Website didn't fit to the circumstances of the realty .... Also 3 yellow light switch were on an the owner said its not a problem an in addition at driving a few kilometres a 4th one came on which was the motor light indicator , we texted the owner and he said now worries its turning of.... At the end we made it back but for the money we paid it was defently not worth what we saw at the RVezy pictures. ( when I compared it afterwards with newer models they were looking better with hope that the pictures were the right.)

    I have rented 2 times with Cruise America and 2 times with RV EZY. You have seen my reviews of both of our RVEZY fiascos. Your business partners do not care to serve or protect your customers. We have been told by your staff that we need to address these issues with the owners, and having communicated the bald tires, leaking toilet and shower, filthy kitchen, utensils, plates, covers, etc, we found that the bilge had not been dumped. You must have an inspection process to protect your customers from blow outs, from diseases and from wasting hard earned vacations repairing your partners' rv - so that we can live and tour safely. We spent 5 hours cleaning the 1st day, then a whole day in a tire garage- then 3 hours cleaning so the next renter could enjoy their vacation. I own my Class A Thor Vegas, so I have been able to navigate each issue. We had 30+ issues in our 1st RVEZY experience in Florida. Your partners don't care- Do You? Please review my account and reimburse my cleaning fee and rental costs for this nightmare.

    I rented a caper that was leaking to the point were the fuses blew and all the beds were soaked we ended sleeping in our car as there was no light no heat . I guess to make a Storry short the costumer service at this point was terrible and the process in which you have to go through to to even have yourself heard is odd at best . You need to go to the renter your self and ask for a refund . I have not been happy with my rental experience what so ever . Rveasy never offered anything for there part in all of this I know they did not have control however I feel like they are not interested in resolving anything it’s a circle at best

    When our first reservation was cancelled by the host just days before our event we were panicked. I called and emailed, but did not hear back from anyone for some time. I tried the "live" chat only to find out that the chat was not live and that I should try back another time. Without any assistance from RVEZY, we booked a smaller, older and rundown RV, as it was our only option, then worried about the amount of money RVEZY had charged to our credit card. The full amount of the !ast booking, as well as the full amount of the second, and as the message said a $1,000 damage deposit - in total $3,000 - this had us worried. When the head office finally returned my calls, we were able to get things straightened out, but it was not easy. The customer service on the app does not exist. Friends at the same event rented with Outdoorsy and had no trouble at all. I wish we could say the same.

    We had a very good experience. The RV was delivered and it worked out very well, especially since we had quite a bit of rain.     We rented 2 RV's 3 months ahead of time for a large family vacation. 1 canceled 3 days before our trip causing a nightmare scramble and the other showed up with bald tires to the point I spent an hour jacking up the RV and replacing the worst tire with the spare tire, and generally it was in a bad state of repair.

    I thought after the RV was booked and paid for it was just a matter of pick up. There were more steps to fulfill previous to pick up. Also I wasn’t an approved driver which made no sense. Everything else was good. The hosts were great.

    Navigating the site was not easy. Didn't get a notifications for return inspection. Booking was closed before I could complete. The trailer we rented had nothing but problems. I really don't think it was even inspected after the last renter had it as the septic wasn't dumped and it was being wiped down as we got there for pick up. Not impressed at all. Will not be renting again.

    Enjoyed using RVezy to rent a camper for our recent family camping trip. Our difficulties did not lie with RVezy it was disappointing to rent from a Superhost and have a camper that was not as advertised and most essentials were not in working condition and owner was not aware until we informed him of this. I am unsure if we would use this service again due to this and have requested compensation from the host for this rental due the issues we had.

    The service was excellent but the camper wasn’t the best. The toilet leaked and the smoke detector went off in the middle of the night for no reason. The small camper wasn’t the best for an older couple.

    First time user/renter- Easy site to navigate! RVezy app was causing me a lot of issues of not working or letting me login. I contacted the “help center”- they quickly responded via email and resolved the issue for me!

    Everything is easy to navigate through. The only two issues that I encountered were: 1- taking photo off my driver's licence and selfie. It took over three days and multiple attempts with 4 different laptops and mobile phones to get it work. 2- inspection can only be done via mobile App. My phone was not compatible with the App and did not allow me to install. so I missed this step. There must be options with uploading photos through website.

    My booking went okay. The hosts were amazing. RVezy is not so much - couldn't find the check in and check out list they referenced in their emails. Went to look for future bookings with my credentials while my wife also set up a new account under her name. Since I was already a customer and had done a booking the cost quoted was higher than a new account for the exact same trailer and time. I thought it was as fluke so I set up a second account and got better pricing. So create a new email/account for every booking if you want a better price.

    Worst experience ever. I will NEVER rent from them again. After making a reservation four months ahead and receiving a confirmation email, I thought I was done. WRONG. Strike number 1: My email confirmation did not indicate more was needed to be done. I also never received a courtesy email indicating I was not done (even though I had a reservation) until a few days before rental date and when they did it was a threat letter indicating that if I did not complete it, they would not only cancel my reservation, they'd also impose a fee for last minute cancellation. Strike number 2: Apparently they want a picture of my drivers license for a trailer rental and they will only accept it using their software to take the picture (they will NOT accept a picture I send to them). Unfortunately their software does not work with my phone (I have an iphone 8) and they have no alternate option. However, they don't even know this or know how to troubleshoot this. They just kept sending link after link after link. No fixes, it's just the same link every time. As a career software engineer myself, it was clear they don't know what they're doing. They didn't even ask what phone I had. Strike number 3: After working with one person all day trying everything they suggested and still not working, another person sent me a nasty gram saying if I don't complete it within 45 minutes, they would cancel and charge me a cancellation fee. With processes in place that assumes their software works and then send nasty grams with forced cancellation fees when they don't work, this is the type of unprofessional company they are. RVezy should be called RVhard. Three strikes, you're out.

    Everything was pretty straightforward but the “flexible” pick-up and drop-off time. Our hosts Felix was awesome, easy open communication and everything was thoroughly explained for the usage of the van. The van was perfection! It was complete with everything we needed for our family trip. We will definitely be renting again in the near future.

    This was our first time renting an RV and Pankaj was wonderful to rent from. He was very communicative and helpful when picking up and dropping off the RV. All we did was sleep and store our stuff in the RV since we were outside so much during our trip but it was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely rent from Pankaj again. The app is also very easy to use. Highly recommend!

    Rvezy was a great way for our family to go on a mini vacation. Our host was a great guy and very helpful. I find the website/app tricky to navigate when it comes to finding a few items. It would be helpful if there was a tab or a clear link to finding the inspection report for the beginning and ending of the trip. In the end I wasn’t able to find the end inspection report because I exited from adding pictures and then I wasn’t able to complete the rest of the report. Other than that, it’s great.
